I went to this location looking for a new foundation. All of the workers greeted me as I walked in and asked if I needed help. Joceline was super helpful and and patient. She took her time and made sure that I got the right shade for my skin. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to hurry up. Definitely reccomend asking Joceline for help the next time you are looking for a product.

I went to get my christmas gift the had a sale going on for 20% off perfumes and 25% first time purchases with the sephora card Melba was the one that help me choose everything that i needed i ask if it was possible to conbine both promotions since customer service said yes she said yes when i get to register they didnt want to give me this special i had to choose which one i wanted i was disappointed and frustrated but Melba took over and after a few tries she got it try his best to make customer happy i just want to say thank you!! your amazing i wish it was more people like this i know is the holidays and it could be difficult to stay positive but she dis again thatnk you Melba your amazing!

Just a quick trip inside to get 2 items. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the salesperson assisted me right away. They had both of the items in stock, I purchased both, and walked out. Easy.

I had the absolute best experience at this location with Monica. Her expertise and patience is amazing and her transparency on products is very refreshing!

Not only do they open later than they’re supposed to but the staff is very rude too

This is a very late review, but I had a fantastic color match done by- I *think* her name was Jessi, but I'm certain she's on maternity leave by now. Dry, sensitive skin and I can't recommend the Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation enough. I love this new location, it feels so much more elegant than the old one, which I had found myself avoiding. The staff is very kind and friendly for the most part, and it's much easier to get into and around this location than the old one in the mall. I have a large rollator walker, and can get around here within reason, though when it's crowded, the difficulty is pretty noticeable. During the week, the parking is great, including accessible/handicap parking spots. During the weekend, all of the parking at the Fountains seems impossible, unfortunately, though it's slightly better in the mornings and gets worse as the day goes on.
