The front desk lady was very helpful and nice. She advised us in what could have better results. The place has enough products and brands.

We like coming here for the makeup, but it’s always very messy. We’ve come a couple of times within the last few weeks and it hasn’t changed. Makeup still hasn’t been restocked, tissue paper in different areas of shelves, makeup rubbed on the shelves, makeup on sponges laying around. While my daughter shops for different brands I love the Juvia brand. That section like the others is really messy.

There’s always issues picking up curbside. I’ve done multiple orders and they always check that items aren’t available, but you can see them in store.

I booked my hair appointment days in advance and they called cancelled it. Today was the only day hair appointment and they said no one else could do it because the only other girl had to leave at 5 and my appointment was at 5:30. This is a corporation, come on, management should have someone covering it if the appointment was already booked and confirmed.
