I’m literally so annoyed with this company. As a business it is essential to manage all aspects of the business efficiently! There is no reason why the business hours are listed as closing at 9p and I leave out my house when it’s 30 degrees outside to make it to the location and it’s closed. Pathetic! I will no longer support this business

This one of the OG hair stores! Their prices are VERY REASONABLE comparatively! Been shopping there for about 30 years now.

I was in the store today and needed assistance and the young black lady was nasty, rude and very disrespectful. Will never ever go in that store again! She acted as though she was doing me a favor by patronizing this store. Find another store who will appreciate your business, this one doesn’t ‼️

I use to love this place. Everyone was always so friendly and helpful, but recently the older lady is rude. I don't need attitude when I am attempting to get help with a product the store is selling. When I asked for a specific color hair that I saw on one of the displays, one of the ladies tried to find something similar but could not. This led her to ask the older lady. The older lady looked at the package, looked at me and pretty much said what do you want, this is what we have! I replied I wanted the same color that I currently have, and have always purchased. With an attitude she said "they don't make that color!" Then began speaking in her native language to the other worker but still looking at me. Then she walked off with an attitude as if I had done something wrong. I told the other lady I no longer wanted the other item I picked out, put my basket back and left. I will not return

The store is very neat and has a lot of variety. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. I also like to mention that it's not too big which is a personal preference for me. I get overwhelmed easily and my shopping experience went very well.

Walked in was greeted by an older woman behind the counter. As I’m walking to the back the associate working didn’t even acknowledge me (considering that I’m walking to the back where the wigs are) I stood there for a few minutes waiting for help. Walked back up to the front the older lady asked the associate to assist me. She continued with what she was doing while talking on the phone. I walked back to the wigs waited then left. I won’t beg to spend money. Considering the reviews, I was expecting better.
