I was just about out my smell goods So i decided to pay a visit to Fairlane Mall for the first time during covid -19 to my surprise it was more people shopping then I thought. Your customer service was awesome not to mention your deals Thanks for all the help. 😊

I happen to be in the mall yesterday and wanted to get some things for myself. There were two sales associates in the front corner stocking product. Neither of them spoke to me, even though I said hello. I walked through the store, just to look around when a different associate asked if I wanted some help. She ended up helping me. When it was time for me to check out one of the original associates rang me up. She was extremely dry and rude. She was not that way with the customer before her. I'm sure it was a one off type of thing but I'll be mindful of who to stay away from if I ever go back into this location. Very bad, dark energy!

I love this store! Every time I walk in it gives an instant feel of good ambiance and I feel like a kid in a candy store. Always organized, Stocked, and the sales associates are always greeting with a smile and eager to help.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked store. Only disadvantage for me is the location of the store. I have a hard time walking otherwise I highly recommend shopping here

Love this place! I always find what I’m really looking for. It has a variety of fragrance options including body sprays, hand and body lotions, and candles. Quick and exceptional service, always good prices, great sales , and good quality items. The store is very organized, and clean. The shelves are well stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is the right place to pick out holiday gifts. Overall, I really enjoy to shop at this store. I will definitely check it out in the near future.
