Normally, I would give this place a five star, but due to poor customer service for the second time I have to give it a three star. The last time I was here at this location there’s a lady who they just hired with the black hair and it’s curly, she was literally watching mine and my husbands every move. We are not new clients to this location. Today I asked her for 18 Ash blonde and she said " What are you talking about? I don’t know what you’re talking about." So I explained to her I’m looking for T 18 Ash blonde to lighten up my brassy yellow hair and she told me that I’m going to have to pull out the book and look at what color I want. So we walk over to the aisle and I explain to her again what I’m looking for and she says whatever is on the shelf is what we have so if I was looking for T-18 I’d go to Sally’s salon not here ,so I just told her thank you and left and took my tail to Sally’s.She just wasn’t friendly at all. There’s another older woman in her 60s with platinum blonde hair who is super bubbly and super friendly ,goes above and beyond and this is the type of people we need working in this field.

Cosmo Prof needs some signs on the door and the staff need an attitude adjustment. Walked in this afternoon just trying to kill some time, assumed it was just a Sally’s Beauty kind of deal. I walked in and was immediately asked by staff (short, older woman with dark curly hair) if I’d ever been in before. I reply no and she proceeded to tell me I need to leave because it is exclusively for professionals only and not open to the public. Which is 10000% fine but you don’t need to be snobby and talk to me like I’m a moron. I’m sorry for the assuming that the beauty store in a high traffic area like Daytona One, that attracts a ton of tourists, is just a regular beauty supply store. Upon leaving I checked the front window for a sign I could’ve missed stating that it is for licensed professionals only- well there isn’t one. Not sure how this place has survived considering how small it is, the rude staff, and there wasn’t a single person in the place.

Once in a while I come in here when salon centric does not have all I need for my inventory, but when I do come in here I immediately regret it. Not sure who the woman with short blonde hair is but she is too pushy and very obnoxious. A month ago I came in and was checking out a color line that I have never used. She came over and asked me a million questions and then tells me I have a great coupon, which was so weird to me because it was in my purse. This tells me she’s looking in my bag when she has no right to and then indirectly telling me she’s looking in my bag by making that comment. Will continue to go to salon centric over here.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I would give a 0 if I could. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful. Our hairdresser directed us to go to them to get products in order to come to our appointment and learn how to use them the right way. However, they proceeded to kick us out and have a very disrespectful attitude.

I’m shopping for hair dye product and there was a "trainee" customer service staff who offered to assist. To my benefit; she may be new at retail but she has extensive knowledge of hair coloring, and told me what I needed and why I needed it to achieve the color and gray coverage I desired. My hair turned out fantastic and it’s the exact color I was aiming for. So grateful for your expertise and recommendation. Great customer service; 100% happy!!

Rude behavior. My little sister was simply checking out the location… Drop the attitude and get better signage

I’ve shopped at this location for years. Staff changes what seems to be weekly. Stock is usually not on par either. Although there have been some great individuals who worked there I try not to go in because they never have what I need. It has made me use vendors instead of going in the store.
