Great experience at this location! The sales associate Khia (I hope I spelled it correctly) was so professional and attentive! She helped my mom build her beginner friendly makeup routine in less than an hour. The color match for the foundation was *chef’s kiss*. We will definitely be back soon for more goodies. Keep up the great work!

I shop at Sephora often, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I came in to exchange a perfume for the same item at the same price, just a different version, and was told I had to pay more because a 20% discount from the original purchase couldn’t be honored—even though it was an even exchange. On top of that, the employees were rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Because of this, I purchased the perfume elsewhere for much cheaper. When I asked to return the original item instead, I was told I could only receive store credit, which I refused. Their poor customer service cost them the entire sale.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service – Ask for Lexi! I had the best experience at Sephora thanks to Lexi! I came in hoping to switch to a more natural, non-toxic makeup line, and she went above and beyond to help me. Lexi was so friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable — she not only helped me find the perfect tinted moisturizer, but also taught me how to contour in a way that felt easy and natural. 💄 On top of that, she guided me through all the tools I’d need and helped me pick out the right brushes for my routine. I left feeling so much more confident about my makeup and excited to use everything she recommended. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens, cares, and knows their stuff, Lexi is absolutely the one to see! Thanks Lexi, you were amazing! 🥰

I have been in this store 2 times in the past month and both times no one has offered to help me. The associates were chatting with each other and I tried to get one of their attention and she looked at me and walked the other way. Today I asked someone as question about a product and the lady looked at me like I was burdening her with my question. Safe to say that will be the last time I go to this store. I would rather deal with the chaos of the sawgrass mall then go back.

Natalie was wonderful ! She was very helpful, kind, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Her pleasant personality and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a customer. Truly excellent service! Love her ❤️

I love this store. Mandy was amazing today!!! He helped me find the perfect shade for two foundations. I purchased one and can't wait to try the tips he shared with me. He also assisted my son with a skincare routine for his age (teenager). He went above and beyond to assist us. Then I checked out with Amanda. Her customer service was also amazing. Very pleasant and kind. I really enjoyed my full experience at the store. I can't wait to come back for more goodies and excellent customer service.

I went there this Sunday at 5:58p not realizing that this store closes at 6pm. This tall lady with purple hair locked the door in my face and walked away, disrespectfully. A simple "Hi, we’re closed" would have sufficed. This woman has zero customer service skills.
