I went to Ulta to get my hair done by Alexis Lopez, it was my first time, and I am absolutely in love with my new hair! My hair was extra long, very frizzy and in need of my roots being done because of my greys Grease that pop out, I gave her Complete creative freedom as I was referred by a client of hers, and I was very pleased with how everything came out! I will definitely recommend her to my friends and colleagues at work and if you get your hair done by Alexis, you will not be disappointed! She is very talented! Thanks Alexis!!!!!

Alexis was my hairstylist at the Ulta Beauty Salon. She absolutely killed it! I had no idea what I wanted to do, and she helped guide me. She’s so friendly and professional. If you’re looking for someone to take care of you, I’d suggest going to her. She not only helped me pick what I wanted to do, but did an absolutely amazing job! She is fantastic and you won’t regret going to her. I’ve been referring all my friends!

I had an amazing experience with Alex at Ulta! She did a partial highlight and a haircut on my naturally wavy, long hair (might you I NEVER let anyone cut my hair) and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Alex was incredibly kind, attentive, and careful with my hair throughout the whole appointment. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that — my highlights look beautiful and natural, and the haircut brings out the best in my waves. I’ve never felt my hair look this good! Highly recommend Alex if you’re looking for someone who truly understands and cares about your hair.

I had an amazing experience with Lexi! She did such a beautiful job with my hair. She was very transparent and told me everything that she was going to do to my hair. She was also very detailed and attentive. I was very nervous at first but she definitely eased all my nerves, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking about doing any sort of color transformation! She is SO GREAT!

I want to recognize Alison, the Merchandising Manager at this location, for her outstanding professionalism. While I was waiting in line, another customer tried to take a pre-order item from the shelf. Alison calmly explained that although pre-orders are set aside, they are not fully charged until pickup. She politely asked the customer to wait while she finished helping the current guest and assured her she would assist her shortly. Unfortunately, the customer responded very disrespectfully. Despite that, Alison remained calm, dignified, and incredibly professional. Even though the situation was not her fault, she handled it with grace and did everything she could to make the experience better. I’d also like to thank my cashier, Shaneeke, for keeping the checkout line moving smoothly while Alison stepped away to help. Excellent customer service all around!

i loved working with lex! my hair was so lovely after she worked on it, i would trust her to do my hair again and again! i got highlights and a layered hair cut, everything turned out the way i wanted to and even better. i thank her for a lovely experience !!

I always forget Ulta is in this shopping center, and it only came to my attention after leaving Nordstrom. I popped in to restock some makeup and check out their perfume selection. Most of the store felt organized, though the makeup section was a bit messy, making it harder to find specific items. Still, I was eventually able to pick up a few products at comparable prices. Staff were visible and available if needed. Checkout was simple and efficient.
