We came to ulta today and we needed help for shade matching and fatima helped us out and she was really sweet and did a amazing job on finding the best shade for my daughter. And when we were checking out Ruba was also very sweet and amazing she also helped us out by fixing our problem with the coupon and Kristina was also very sweet. I'm highly satisfied please give them a raise!

The cashier Aj knows what they’re talking about skincare wise. They helped me pick out some skincare that focused on my skin type and my needs. They were very knowledgeable about the ingredients and their purpose. Even explained the order I should apply the products. Going into Ulta most of the time the associates are really good with makeup products but this the first time I’ve ran into one that knows skincare so well! Products purchased: Anua ceramide 3+panthenol, skin1004 ampoule, anua azelaic acid and la roche-posay gentle foaming moisturizing wash. My skin went from dry and flaky to glowing and moisturized!

For the 90% of people who aren't deeply traumatized, neurodivergent, and gender-noncomforming, this store is great. They offer everything you could want, at what I'd assume to be reasonable prices. However, if you fall into the 10% of people who are NOT well adjusted to a profoundly sick society, avoid this place for anything other than mediocre products and infantilizing, flashback inducing salon services. I came in after a very high stress situation, out of an essential mental health medication, hoping to get my hair fixed to restore my perceived sense of identity before heading to the pharmacy. I was told to "take a seat" and chose the salon seat, as I was scheduled for services. Apparently, they meant the waiting seats in the corner. Because of this, I assume that they assumed I was "special needs". The stylist providing services spoke to me as though I was a confused child. I tried to tell her that I wanted a death metal vocalist hairstyle, giving her an example in the form of an image of George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher of Cannibal Corpse fame. I was still treated like a moron, because I was afraid and in the depths of lamictal withdrawal. I tried to make conversation, but I couldn't perform in that state. I was transferred to the washing basin, and had a flashback in the chair. I said I felt embarrassed. And it seems that was interpreted as an insult, somehow. After my washing, I was transferred back to the chair, where I was given an unsatisfactory haircut because I let the stylist know that I lost track of time, and needed to leave before the pharmacy closed. I was then checked out, and the cashier attempted to socially engineer me into providing my phone number. I declined on the register, silently. I was then pressured into a tip, so i offered 5 dollars. I should have offered 1 dollar. I left. Then I used Davines SOLU clarifying shampoo, that I bought online. It worked better than anything they did. So, look into haircare science and buy your own products if you need anything beyond mediocrity. Or go to a salon that cares about quality

I have been looking for a hairstylist for a very long time. As this was my first time being a customer I wanted to make sure that I asked the right questions and someone finally listened! I would love to give a shout out to Lindsay! I very much valued our consultation. I have had so many complaints. Thanks you so much for listening and being very knowledgeable in your skill. Was there to shop for a DoorDash order which always makes me feel nervous because I don't know ANYTHING about cosmetics. Joshua was super helpful, kind, and friendly. Made my visit one of the best such I've ever had! Thanks!

I booked a last minute appointment on line and was fortunate to get Kristen. She was fantastic. Listened to me, asked questions and did a great job with cut and color. She was personable and friendly. Very much a pro! I recommend her highly!

Yesterday I bought this package and it went wrong. It came with two conditioners and it didn't have the shampoo. It 's a bad thing that the people in the store don 't check the products and sell them like that . The proof that they sold it to me is in the first picture that I took in the store before I paid for it . It was also my mistake not to review . I'll let you know so that it doesn't happen to you and the store pays more attention to this.
