Sue's Beauty Salon

My daughter, Kelley, and I had our first hair cuts at Sue's Beauty Salon in April. Sue is an excellent beautician and spent time discussing what style we wanted. She gave us feedback about styles that wouldn't work well with our type of hair. The time was pleasant for both of us, and my husband said that I came home looking like a super model! Of course, we're going back! We have a 45 mile drive to reach Sue's from Canon City. It's well worth it.

Sue has been cutting and texturing my hair for longer than I can remember. She is extremely talented and no one does the job as well as she. No idea what I'm going to do about my hair when I move from Colorado! :O

No washing or styling included. The lady didn't even spray my hair down. I know dry cutting hair is a technique, but I think cutting it while your hair is wet gets better results. Plus in my situation I had my hair in a ponytail so it wasn't sitting flat. During my cut the stylist took multiple personal calls. One included her talking about needing surgery on your eye(s) because she wasn't seeing well...?! The whole thing wasn't exactly professional, she didn't tell me until after that it was cash only, my hair ended up being uneven, my bangs and face frame are messed up, and it cost $35. Google has a picture of a home, but it's actually a small rundown looking shop. I do not recommend this place.
