I'm very disappointed. I made a purchase of Edge Control. There were 2 price stickers $11.99 and $12.99. You know they charged me $12.99 I'm upset that I didn't notice until I got home and looked at the bottom of the container and compared my receipt. It appeared while checking out he was trying to remove the sticker so I wouldn't see, however to keep the consumer from doing it worked against them. Well all I know is I'm new to Colorado and was looking for a beauty supply store and because of that, and them watching customers like a hawk. I will never spend my money there again!!

I was greeted upon entry and ask if I need help with anything. They always have what I want. I made a quick run in for a few items. My girls wanted some plaits with some extra length. We love the Cuban twist hair. It’s so natural looking and blends very well with your hair. I also got some jam, sanex strips, salon pro 360 molding gel, and some leave in conditioner. The prices were very reasonable. The owner is so pleasant. The women he have working for him are always helpful and polite. If you’re looking for something that you can’t find: they are always willing and helpful to advise.

My natural color is gray. The crochet hair I bought was so soft. One bag almost filled my whole head. It usually takes at least 6 bags. Little pricey but worth it.

I bought a pack of miss 100% Mink lashes 25 mm 3D mink Before getting ready for work I tried to remove them and they Started to break off really bad. They are very thin An easily to break This is my second time purchasing from black beauty supply store I tried to get store credit. He told me he could not give me store credit. I explained to him that this is my second time here and you gave me store credit he again says no. This is bad customer service And I am unsatisfied with the service here I will not be a customer anymore

I love this place they have so many cool random little finds. Everything from hair supplies to make up to contact lenses and accessories, and it's priced fairly well 🙂 I've been doing my own hair for about ten years. They have always had everything I needed and more lol. Great prices, wide selection of random stuff. you always walk out with and extra little random thing. For me it's always the earrings or accessories at the counter man they always get me!!! Also; my color products came from Sally's (ion Red), but my extensions where made from hair purchased here! I sewed them myself. I bought medium grade hair and I was pretty impressed!! Easy to work with, I only needed one pack of hair for the full set of extensions, you can wash, dry, and style them fairly normal just don't use excess heat or harsh products!

I litterally just bought this wig, not even 20 minutes ago, guy didn’t say I could try it on or anything first. So when I got home I put a wig cap on and tried it on maybe not even 30 seconds, I realized even after adjusting the straps that it didn’t fit, tried to return it and he said No because it would’ve " been different if I tried it on in the store" so 86$ down the drain! SCREW THIS PLACE

I work as a theatrical wig maker and on occasion we will have the need to make major alterations or completely rebuild a piece for an understudy or some other unexpected circumstances and Black Beauty Supply has always had what I need to get the job done!
