Chelsea made the entire visit one of the most powerful experiences me and my daughters have ever had. She was so patient as she walked each one of us through the products that worked best for our skin, how to apply the makeup, and with every swoosh of her brush, our self confidence grew more and more. She was warm and most importantly, authentically her. We loved spending time with her and would gladly travel the 2 hrs from home to seek her advice. Shes the best!

Don’t care for the vibes here. Some of the staff are nice but some just have an unfriendly demeanor and the customer service is not what it could be. Like, why do you look annoyed that I’m waiting patiently to pick up the items that I ordered at the pick up counter? I received the text that they were ready so I went in. This order I picked up a month ago and the jars were sticky with product running down the sides. Next time I’ll just go inside and find it myself rather than risk getting used looking items and a stank face at the pick up counter lol. 😅

Love Ulta! Took my niece in for a foundation color match, and both ladies helping us were amazingly friendly and knowledgeable! Took time to explain the how's and whys. Made the experience even more special. Picked up stuff for both of us in a variety of brands. My go to spot for beauty... You know I will be back!!!

I have been a loyal customer of this Ulta location for five years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. In July, I went for my birthday to make a small purchase and to claim my birthday gift. Instead of simply giving it to me, I was told to "go somewhere else" and given excuses. In the end, they refused to give me my birthday gift at all. A few days ago, I went back with my nieces to buy them presents, and the associate was very rude. She left us standing there without helping, then came back with a terrible attitude and unfriendly face. And today, when I tried to purchase a perfume and use my points, they demanded my ID — something I’ve never been asked for in five years shopping here. Because of this unnecessary hassle, I left without buying the perfume. The staff here have become unpleasant, unhelpful, and unnecessarily difficult. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Ulta.

I asked for help finding a good skin care routine because my skin has been having the worst flare ups. Lexie was amazing and helped me start a whole new routine while explaining everything in lots of detail for me to really understand what the products do for me. My skin has done a complete 180 in the last month since she started me on my new routine! She also helped shade match me to a new foundation that would work for my acne prone skin and I have gotten so many compliments! I’ve never had a better experience at an Ulta before. I plan to ask for her every time I’m shopping.

It was my first time there. The staff were over and beyond helpful, patient and so so kind. I could have spent the entire day there. It has everything and more. I found a body cream that I've not been able to find anywhere. You're not rushed at all. I took my granddaughter for an outing and we simply submerged within this place. I'd give it 20 stars if I could.

I went there about a week ago and one of the girls named Emerson was sweet. She helped me find a primer,eyeshadow, and many other products. I told her that I didn't really know anything about makeup and she helped me with no problem. She was also very excited. I will always look for her from now on when I go to ulta if I need help
