I really don't know where to start. I'm super happy with this company. First the ease of ordering and pricing was excellent. They shipped very fast. Upon opening my product was wrapped with care and they seem to genuinely care about there customers for them to pack it so nicely and bubble wrap it. Then they send me a free gift that was so nice. People just don't do things like this anymore. My items came in perfect condition and the free item was a super bonus of genorsoity. This was the first time ordering from them.I usually get my makeup from Walmart but this company stole my heart and business. I will be continuing my purchases from this company from now on. I would recommend anyone to this company. The name that was used was Jamie Cretchen I ordered two makeup pallets and foundation. You guys are great I can't say enough I wish I could give a 10 star. Thank you so much for handling my package with care and sending me a gift you truly made my day and I will continue business with you. As far as the public this is a real true respectful business I recommend to anyone looking for beauty products and cosmetics.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!!

Gosh it is hard for me to do this to the make up company that I was such a fan of... But, their customer service sucks. I was prompted (while placing an order) that if I spent $40.00 I would receive a brush set as a gift. So of course I spent the $40.00. But, I didn't get the brush set. I emailed sales@profusioncosmetics several times and used the messenger feature on their website several times as well and literally have been ignored. Nobody got back to me. I think it is worth pointing out that I have purchased so many products from this company. I was such a fan. But, ignoring a customer is just not right. It is enough to convince me to spend my money elsewhere. Your loss is someone else gain.

I just was curious if you sell your eyelash glue separately? Out of all the glues I have used your product glue is the best, and it's just a small tube. So can or do you have them in a bigger tube and sell it separately. I absolutely love it and it comes with the eyelashes but I think you should sell it in a bigger container pleeeease!! Thank you. Bought feel good skin foundation used it once and it caked in my fine lines horribly! Now I find they have a no returns policy if opened. I won't be buying another profusion product.

I have always used high end eyeshadow and the eyeshadow pallets from profusion are just as great if not better!!!!!! The price is affordable! I had to have them all 🙂

So far the metallic eye shadows and face highlight are great !!
