The stylist are nice there. My stylist, LaVeda Lambert is really good with all aspects with hair and her prices are great. I have been going to her for years and have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a stylist check out LaVeda, you will not be disappointed. .

I get my hair cut here (it's also a beauty supply store). Nicole does my hair and she's fantastic! The store is always clean and welcoming.

Heidi is the best! She the only one I trust for cut and color. Always is polite, professional, and takes pride in her work!

Looked online says open til 7. Drove all the way over there and in red writing they crossed it out and put 6!!! And the girls working there saw me and hid and waited for me to turn away before turning off the lights. Fix your website hours! People actually use that information!!

Shannon is AMAZING!!! My son's girlfriend went to get a haircut at Great clips first and her hair came out SO bad. It was truly a bad haircut. The lady that did her haircut at Great clips was Brenda and her chair manners were horrible. She was rude, not personable, and her tone was a bit aggressive. Never again going back to Great clips.... So I told her to go the Kut n beauty and she Got Shannon, she also styled my daughters hair for prom last year. Shannon is a miracle worker. My son's girlfriend walked in, mind you within 30 minutes from walking out of great clips, with a botched haircut, no style and tears in her eyes. Shannon asked what happened and guided her to her chair and reassured her she can fix it. And like magic ✨ my son's girlfriend had a smile and was so grateful for her and her professionalism. The salon was clean and not only was Shannon kind and amazing, the whole store was so inviting. Thank you Kut and beauty .. we will see you next time and always refer you!

Be aware of Toral S. the Eyebrow person at Kut n beauty in Chino Hills CA. (Actually, no stars should be given but I had to choose one.) A few days ago, I made an appointment to get my eyebrows done with the eyebrow person named Toral who has a booth located in Kut N Beauty in Chino Hills. I had been going to Toral on and off when I could not get an appointment with my regular person at another shop. So anyway, this is what happened. I walk into the shop, and Toral has her back turned towards me, when I said, "hello Toral", she turned to look at me, and she had a tissue in her hand and was wiping her nose, and her eyes were red and glossy. I had never seen her look like that before. I was taken aback because I didn't want her near my face to give me her cold or her flu. I told her that I was going to use the restroom, and as I walked through the hall towards the restroom, I had made up my mind that I was going to cancel my appointment, and then text her back with the reason because she had another customer waiting for her, and I didn't want to say it in front of them. So that's what I did. I told her that I wanted to cancel, and I'd contact her. While in my car, I immediately texted Toral and told her that I could see that she was not feeling well and that I would make another appointment with her. Then about 15 minutes later, Toral called me sounding very anxious, and loud. She said in a very loud angry voice that she is not sick and that she never gets sick and that she did not like that I was "Judging her". WHAT!!!! Judging her? She truly sounded like she was on drugs, and was out of her mind, ranting like a crazed lunatic. I stayed very calm and said, "no I am not judging you, you looked like you were sick because you were wiping your nose, your face was red and your eyes were red and glossy". I told her that I didn't want to get sick and that I am sorry if she felt bad that I sad that. And instead of leaving it alone, she continued to rant and rave, saying that this was VERY upsetting, and finally she hung up the phone in my face. (THIS IS NOT NORMAL)..... At that point, I decided to text her because she was yelling so loud that I couldn't get a word in edgewise, and I knew that she would read the text, so I texted and wrote this, "I didn't appreciate you calling me with nonsense. What was I supposed to think. You were wiping your nose, and your eyes were glossy and red. I think you ARE sick. And I don't want to catch your cold or flu, and that is my right. You have lost a client. Good luck with your terrible attitude, that is going to get you nowhere." Then I blocked her!! I hope others block her too because that was not normal behavior. Basically, she was MAD because I told her that I thought she was sick... Wow! We all have a rights to our own opinions, and I know what my eyes were seeing, and that is why I concluded that she was sick. That being said, this was by far the craziest interaction that I have ever had with ANYONE IN MY LIFE. I am a professional counselor, and I have seen it all, but not this one. Sometimes life throws you a tomato instead of a ball just to make sure that you are still paying attention. Keep your eyes wide open. These kinds of people are out there. And it's awful when you realize that you had been dealing with them, not knowing what they were capable of. Creepy. I will have to say a prayer for her, but I will never get my eyebrows done with this eyebrow person EVER AGAIN!! And that's a FACT! Part Two: After writing my initial Yelp review, I decided to call the store manager and he was extremely biased. He didn't take my complaint seriously, which shows a complete lack of professionalism. While he claimed he wasn't discounting my experience, that's exactly what he did. Being that I was harassed, I'll be reporting this incident to other agencies and making sure that my family and friends avoid this establishment. No customer should be treated this way, and the manager should be ashamed of how poorly he handled my call. This is unacceptable.

I came here on a whim because I got tired of growing out a haircut that lost its style. I came in as a walk-in (I don't recommend that because it's usually done by appointments) and although Sharon was with another client, she kindly took me in. This was like divine intervention because I would have never met Sharon, and because she transformed my cut into a new me! I have thick hair and she knew how to tackle it. I love my new haircut and I have found a new stylist. The next time I go in, I will make that appointment to see Sharon!
