We drove to the Uniqlo in Cherry Hill Mall because we needed to return some clothes. The staff were very patient and helpful. Although we didn't find the size we needed in the end, our shopping experience was still good. 12/13/2025
Online orders can’t be returned in store. And it’s amazing cause you walk by the very items you want to return, except, you can’t lol. The employees were nice, the company policies however… are another story. I would have happily exchanged in store, unfortunately, in my experience, Uniqlo isn’t very size-inclusive in store so my size was unavailable as usual. It’s 2025, this type of policy is counterintuitive and a huge inconvenience to consumers. It works directly against positive service to customers. But I guess it saves the company a few dollars somewhere in the long run?
Today I went to a store at the Cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey and bought four thermal shirts that were on sale for $30 each. A young man, who looked like a high school student or slightly older, rang me up between 4:20 and 4:30 PM. He charged me a total of $110, and I gave him $120, but my sister told me I should only give him $110 and keep the $20 change. He ignored her and deliberately pretended to forget, quickly taking another $10, making the total $130. He only gave me a few cents in change. When my sister and I told him he owed me $20, he acted confused and called the manager. When the manager arrived, he called another person to discuss the situation, and both of them counted the money and said there was no extra $20. I asked to see the security camera footage, but he refused. I'm only 16 years old, and my dad gave me money to go shopping on Black Friday, and I ended up losing money without even getting the items I wanted. I want to ask, what kind of business are you running when you can't even return the correct change, and when we returned the items, the cashier gave me back the money but it was still short? I want to ask if you are really smart for hiring such an incompetent cashier?
Be very careful with their refund policy in the US. They try to trap you into transferring amount on a gift card. Make sure you do not try and exchange items. Always return times and then buy you new items in a separate transaction. Their returns are not like other US stores. Very bad experience
I'm extremely unhappy. Because my friend helped me buy clothes here on Thursday, and the size was coincident. I brought it over today to return and exchange goods. I paid by card. But I forgot the ticket, and the drive now takes an hour one way. But the manager here was only willing to let me exchange it for the same one. I said I would not go back and exchange it for the same price, but she cried and let me exchange it, and the headphones were very connected in series. And they refused to give me the replacement receipt, so I said I wanted to complain. She was very arrogant and told me to do whatever I wanted. Such an attitude really made me never want to shop again.
I love that they have a UNIQLO store in the Cherry Hill mall The store is clean, and the staff is friendly It’s so nice that they have multiple of each size for many of their styles
Why do different colors of the same exact clothes fit differently!? Some say made in China and some in Vietnam and those fit completely differently. But even when comparing the same clothes made in the same country they are different lengths and fits etc. Zero consistency on sizing makes shopping here difficult. The difficult return/exchange and shipping policies don't help. Now I have to drive all the way back to Cherry Hill to return an XL black Airism long sleeve crew neck t-shirt, even though I tried it on(& bought) the exact same shirt in green which is a couple inches longer(both made in Vietnam)
