SEPHORA

I had such a great experience at this Sephora thanks to Bri! They didn’t have what I was looking for in-store, but she went out of her way to help me order it online. The payment machines weren’t working, and Bri found a solution right away by letting me purchase gift cards at a different machine so we could still place the order in store. I’ve been to lots of Sephoras (and I’ve even worked in them myself), and as a client I truly felt taken care of. She was warm, patient, and so kind throughout the whole experience. Moments like this genuinely make me want to shop in store more. Thank you Bri! 💕

I took my daughter to spend her Christmas gift cards here. We were greeted with a friendly smile and ask if we needed assistance by Jessica. We told her what we were looking for and she was a great help. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely take my daughter back to this location.

Went there looking for advice and decided to buy a good concealer. Left the store pretty quick as they did not seem to be interested or willing to help or sell. The "make-up" artisti seemed to be having a chat with her colleague and was visibly bothered to have to attend a client. Said they were doing inventory and could not show me any product, ask me to return another day! The store was open and the rest of the crew was doing inventory. Two "make-up artist" (I believe) were just looking and chatting

Last week I went to this store to buy a gift. I asked the worker if she could show me where the product was. She told me that if I gave her a tip, she would show me where it was. If she didn’t give me a tip, she wouldn’t ask me. She was rude. I refused and left the store. I will never go back there.

I’ve been coming to Sephora for a long time and have never left a review, but Scott was so amazing today I felt the need to. His color matching was spot on and he referred me to his favorite products based on my needs. He was exceptionally helpful, kind, and pleasant, and I had an overall great experience today.

Awesome staff. I wish I knew her name she did my eyebrows and they were great. She showed me some make up that went awesome with my skin. Great staff is what got me.

I went there today to drop off my "empties" - my empty makeup containers which can't be recycled in regular curbside. I love that SEPHORA offers this environmental option! No more guilt throwing spent compacts, lipstick tubes, mascara wands, etc. in the trash!
