I went in for a makeup lesson to learn to use eyeshadow I already owned. The lady who taught me ended up being a former classmate and dancer from my childhood. We talked and laughed the whole time. I was very pleased that she taught me how to use the color combos I wanted, and I walked away feeling confident and that I had a great time. I highly recommend asking for Kaitlin if you ever go here for a salon experience!

The staff that rang me up were nice. The place had everything I was looking for but it seemed like a lot of the samples in the ulta brand area were kind of gross looking but everything else was pretty good.

Never got any service, every worker in the store was giving out free beauty facials and not paying attention to the actual customers that were standing near locked cases of cologne, how all the perfume cases were not locked... so I left and went to Bath&Body Works in the Mall there in Cedar Rapids & was helped with in minutes of walking in the store...

I dont even want to be in the store with the beeping from product alarms. I feel bad for the workers having to listen to that all day and continually run around shutting them off. The tempertsure is already genrally too warm, now noise.

I lole Ultra online but went into store to ask a couple questions The staff was amazing and really appreciated their help and whats ever better-what I purchased is absolutely what i was looking for. They are.very knowledgeable and takimg the time to help me amd not just "sell me anything" for a sale. These ladies rock!

Disorganized in places. Top end product was placed in clearance aisle and I was told they had no other place to put it even though it wasn't on clearance? Confusing. And then was given the wrong product from that line. Person who helped wasn't very knowledgeable about product.
