I recently visited Blue Mercury and was impressed by their extensive range of products, catering to all skin types and preferences. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, offering helpful recommendations without being pushy. The store had a clean and inviting ambiance, making browsing a pleasure. A shout out to Ms. Jaye who so graciously and kindly helped me during my quick visit yesterday. I stopped by to buy a face cream and upon entering was immediately greeted, welcomed and offered assistance. Her help and knowledge was appreciated and noted! Thank you Jaye!✨

I drove over an hour to get to this Blue Mercury, because there is not one near me. When I got there, only the salesperson Yessica was there. I told her why I had driven all that way and how she could help me. She was very kind and told me she was the only one working that day and that if anyone walked in, she may have to step away from our interaction. I totally understood and between clients we got a lot accomplished. The store was immaculate, the selection amazing and the salesperson, Yessica, was top notch! She was much younger than me, but was extremely tactful in helping with my needs, although the big difference in aged skin. I will always ask for her when I go back and will certainly buy from them again.

My shopping experience was positively delightful! Yesica assisted me with several tried and true Trish McEvoy products and also helped me with choosing some Sisley items. She was very knowledgeable and happy to share her thoughts on the luxury lines available in the store. I will certainly return.

Gabrielle and Christina were so patient with me in ordering a Dyson hairdryer straight to my home. Amazing customer service and I appreciate their kindness. Update: got my dryer and I’m obsessed with it, speedy shipping & the ladies outdid themselves with the goodie bag and even the cute card that adds a touch of sparkle to the luxury experience ! Im impressed

Consultant started out to be very helpful and as we were deciding on multiple purchases she began helping someone else. Just left us standing and did not appologize or recognize us. Had we not come especially for the makeup, which was very pricy, we would have left without a purchase.

Stephanie and Christina are AWESOME!!! They have made me feel gorgeous. 63 years old and I have good skin, but don’t wear makeup. So these ladies have started me on my journey, and I feel beautiful. Thank you ladies!!!
