The Cosmetics Company Store

Sale person was rude and disrespectful. Can’t just tell us nicely not to open the box. We’re not opening the new box. No sample of that particular color to try. Not recommend anyone to shop there. Very disappointed. We shopped there several times in the past. Won’t go there anymore.

Had a Terrible shopping experience here today. I and other customers were stalked by overly made up young sales girls telling us over & over not to open boxes of products. I used the samples provided to choose my colors & products. I opened the box of the product I was BUYING & was reprimanded Again by a girl - I am 70 years old & was treated like a 2 year old. I will NEVER step foot in that unfriendly, toxic environment again.

Went here for the black Friday deals, they had what I wanted in stock but the sales person was rude, unfortunately they are the closest store to me but if I had a choice I would go to a different location.

Terrible customer service. I’ve shopped at multiple locations and never had I experienced such a terrible shopping experience. Not only does no one help on the floor, but when checking out, the employee appeared to be there completely against her will. She did not want to give us a bag because she "only had bags that were too big or too small." I guess she expected us to carry the 6 items we purchased. Because we insisted on a bag, she angrily threw all items in the bag, including an eyeshadow pallet and hair products that could have been easily damaged. Our shopping experience at this location was disappointing to say the least.

Today i bought 6 items. It supposed to add 15% off unfortunately ladie did not put it to all items. Scam. Never again and of course no samples... where on different locations I got plenty

Went with with of my besties today for the first time. Holy cow we just couldn't believe the selection they had. We were like kids in a candy store. Veronica the sales associate who helped us was amazing! She is so helpful, friendly and informative. I had the best experience and will definitely be going back for future purchases. At the time of our visit they had the 6 for $60 sale and boy did we take advantage of that promo. The true star was Veronica she really made the experience super easy and fun. Keep in mind its not Ulta but they have quite a bit too choose from. I got a foundation, some lippies and eyeshadows.

Great store. It would be nice if they will provide some kind of samples with the purchase like in other cosmetics stores. All women like samples or small gifts with the purchase. A reason why live to go Nordstrom. I think they will attract more customers with the gifts.
