I rarely leave reviews, but the lack of customer service here was unbelievable. I spent almost an hour in this store carefully selecting hair and other products, only to get to the register and be told that the register "isn’t working" and they aren’t able to ring anyone up. This could have been communicated the moment customers walked in, or at the very least while we were shopping — instead, we all wasted our time. No apology, no signage, no courtesy, nothing. It’s extremely disappointing to see a business operate with so little regard for customers’ time. Simple communication goes a long way, and that clearly wasn’t a priority here.

No stars -I wish that was an option. It seems like these places like to come into our communities and have little to no common sense on how to treat paying customers. Unfortunately, I had a hair crisis and went to my fav beauty supply store (not anymore) to get a bundle pack of some sort. I’m in a crisis I don’t care about prices right now just help me. It took about 5 minutes for her to actually care to help with no knowledge on what I’m asking. I work hard for my money, you help me I help you, oh well, I guess my money isn’t good here. Buyer beware- if you look like you might not have any pennies to your name or maybe suspicious by color please go somewhere else.

Unfortunately the hair selection is minimal. They lack prices on most products and get an attitude when you have to ask for prices. This store is close to my home but I have to drive further away to get great customer service. The black male employee is very rude as well. He does not even look you in the eye when he speaks to you. Do avoid this store if you want a good shopping experience.

Arrived at 6:23 pm today and was told they were closed.. On the door it says 6:30 so they let us in because I was like we came from far. They were also very rude.. wouldnt spend my hard earned money here again

They have a lot of high quality products. The staff are super helpful and kind.

Super expensive for no reason!!! $15 for single prong hair clips is INSANE. HIGHWAY ROBBERY.!!! NEVER GOING BACK.

After making a purchase at this location I realized the items I bought to use in my toddle hair was opened right just before use. The receipt stated that I have 7 days to return goods. I tried returning the goods and explained to cashier (the Hispanic lady at the register) what had happen. She then told me I should have returned them sooner after I explained to her I just realized they good was opened (3 days later). I also explain using open good in my child’s hair from the store wasn’t ideally safe and the Reciept clearly said I have 7days to return goods and it was 3days after purchase. She told me nothing was wrong with the product It was not used and that I should use them on my toddler hair but, she refuse to exchange them because the product was used. I had to asked her if she heard how dumb she sounded ? She also had the audacity to question why it took me 3 days to return the items. Like, hello lady I do work….I wouldn’t recommend no one buying from this place!!!
