Hair Plus Beauty Supply

Horrible customer service. Ive been in here on 3 separate occasions and spent quite a bit. I barely got a smile out of the cashier. She actually looked highly annoyed that I needed her to get a few items that they had locked away. I ask a question and get the shortest response. I was trying to "support my own" but I will be taking my dollars across the street to the Asian. At least they make you feel good about spending your money. Do better!!!

Sad to say but it really be your own kind.. I’ve been coming here for years & it’s ALWAYS my LAST resort. They are so RUDE you ask a question & they act as if it’s not their job to answer. Every time they have attitudes there has never been a time any one was polite, I don’t understand how they are still in business or the owner hasn’t fired them because they do not own this store the owner sits in that back closet. They have poor quality items & barely has anything. Today was my LAST day here. Go across the street to the Chinese beauty supply they are always very nice. DONT COME HERE.

They usually have what I am looking for. Im happy they sell kinky kurly products. Staff is usually helpful. It's always customers in there, aisles are narrow, hard to social distance! Site is fairly clean and in order. Always someone on the floor to help (usually the Asian guy). Prices are reasonable and comparable.

Horrible beauty supply store horrible service they act as if they’re paying you to shop at their store the cashier has a disgusting attitude I will never go back and I live up the block I’d rather go to Main Street beauty supply there’s a beauty supply office across the street called Hair magic go there instead

Be careful what you buy as some things aren’t refundable or exchangeable but aside from that the things they have are of good quality. One thing that would make them better would be to tell people before they purchase that the item is or isn’t returnable. Not when you get home and look at the receipt.

They close really early and say it’s still open when it’s not wasting peoples time

Very rude. Customer service is trash. Went in and asked for assistance and the lady at register was very rude, so I left. Went across the street asked for the same assistance and was met with politeness and care. Do better.
