This is my FAVORITE store. The staff is always friend and I'm in and out without having to wait a long time.

In store pick up is horrible! Placed my order hours before the store closed, order was not ready, decided to go in the store to shop for my items, and they closed the store early!

The big body care sell is finally here. I ordered 24 items and 22 were for pick up. I placed my order in 12/13/24 early that morning to be picked up. I wait all day to be notified that my order is ready for pick up. No notification. I go in the next day ask about my order but I am told it is still not ready. I’m okay with that. It’s a big order. I wait and still nothing. I go back on the 16th and my order can’t be found. You know why? SAVANAH picked up my order as if she was fulfilling it but NEVER did. These were Christmas presents!!!!! 22 items paid for and none received. How upsetting! I know it’s a busy time of the year but the company plans these sales at this time for a reason. DO BETTER B&BW. Savannah will not ruin my Christmas. Moral of the story: pay for shipping to make sure you get your items. I did receive a refund.

What girl does not love Bath & Body?!?! The associates there are awesome. They will always make sure you get the best deal for your money and they will also help you find the fragrances that suit your style. Never once had a bad experience here. Hats off to all of you guys! Thanks

I bought some products online from here, but picked up in store. Everyone there was nice & helpful. But, while there in the store, I found something else I wanted to buy. After I got All The Way Home, which is over 25 miles, I realized they didn't put my in store purchase in my bag. Called, they said I had to bring receipt in & they would help me. Went back in a week later, they didn't have the product that I bought. They were sold out. So, they told me to check back with them in about a week. Needless to say, it was a week & 1/2 b4 I got back in there. The manager remembered my situation, but, again was told out of stock. But, the manager looked & looked & finally found 1 bottle left. Gave to me & told me Sorry for my inconvenience. That's what I call good customer service. Thank you to the manager at Bath & Body works in Bossier, La.

It’s after 11 and they still haven’t opened. So many customers walked away because they couldn’t shop here. Don’t post business hours if you’re not going to follow them.

Went to this store, the door was lock and a lady was by the door said they were closed (7:50 pm) I called the store and asked why they were closed? They let us close early for tornado warning. They were not scared due to they were restocking the shelves and there was not a warning at that moment. I called the Boardwalk store and asked if they were closed, no we are opened till 9 pm. I told her the other store was closed due to storms. She was shocked! Will not support this location! Will go to mall or boardwalk! Bad management because they could restock when customers or just one was in the store.
