Young Beauty Supply

This beauty supply has great products but their customer service is horrific! No one greets you when you enter. Against my better judgement I visited today and I was rushed multiple times and was literally shooed to go to the cashier. Staff was not friendly to me or other customers. Do not go here if you take pride in how your money is spent.

The wigs are horrible and over priced! Even though majority are on sale ( obvious reasons), it's still ridiculous. Don't waste your time going unless you're desperate and or blind!

Young Beauty Supply is always well stocked with the products I want. The prices are reasonable. They are polite and professional. I recommend them for your hair and beauty needs.

Andrea loved it been going after decades Mama Young the doll

Young Beauty Supply has a good selection of all the products you may be looking for. The prices are competitive and they have such a vast selection of hair.

RUDE EMPLOYEES - DON'T EVER SHOP HERE. You read that right, "Employee's". I am a representative for a company and when I spoke to both employees to show them the products I am selling they said the owner is not here so I handed my business card and started looking around their store where one of the rudest comments came from both employees and one said, "don't look you don't have to look, leave" and the other lady came and said "we don't want your product you can leave". Given that they are not even the store owners as such to make such a decision. I was simply looking at what they sell and how our product compares since I stopped in their store. I went to the other beauty supply stores in the area and all of them were very nice and welcoming. I am shocked at how rude they are especially in times where retail stores are losing sales. You'd expect some stores to step up their customer service. Not in this stores case unfortunately. It seems the employees don't care if the store closed because it's not their liability. I would advise to shop at 'Nicole's beauty supply' on rt. 53 next to Walmart. Better customer service and more attentive to their customers.

I purchased a wig because it's difficult to get hair appointment right now! They had a tremendous variety and the staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable! It just sucks because you can't try on wigs right now but it's not their fault. I bought one don't like it and can't return it. We live and we learn
