my first impression of kibali was a positive one. The front desk was so accommodating and since the doctor was stuck in rush hour CJ treated me to a complimentary nano infusion treatment. She explained many services and was very thorough in educating me. The whole staff was very beautiful and they know the right place to be ! Five star experience .

Ive had the pleasure of getting my facials done at Khabali med spa in Boca! and I can’t recommend Ashley enough! From the moment I walk in, she makes me feel welcomed and valued. Ashley takes the time to understand her patients’ needs and concerns, making you feel like more than just a client. Her knowledge and expertise in skincare are truly impressive. She explained each step of the treatment process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout. I appreciated her personalized approach, tailoring the services to suit my skin type and goals. (Specially my double chin) 🤦‍♀️ Not only did my skin look amazing after the treatment, but you can finally see my jawline and most importantly I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Ashley’s genuine care and passion for what she does shine through in every interaction. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your skin and well-being, look no further than Ashley. Amazing results! I took advantage of the $179 Botox new client special and was NOT disappointed. I have had 2 previous treatments at a different spa in Boca and neither were even close to the results I was looking for. I wish I had known about Kibali Med Spa before so that I hadn’t wasted my time. Highly recommend them overall experience was excellent. Quiet, clean office with adorable staff. From the front desk, to the nurse practitioner everyone was top notch. My Botox results were beyond my expectations and I have had many compliments that I look younger. That was my goal. Thank you Kibali for making me feel better than ever!!

Raven and CJ are literal rockstars they are going to treat you like celebrity and Kabili Med Spa!!! I would highly recommend to all my friends and family!! From start to finish they treated me like family. Even laughter and connection it was the best thing for a busy on the go mom to get some time to relax 🌸

I have visited several times now and tbh it was a little trying finding my person. I loved my appointment with Ashley today as she has helped me since my first phonecall and makes the experience 5 star from start to finish. Daniel has been a pleasure to work out a few issues with, he made me feel heard. The atmosphere is very relaxing, quiet and private. I purchased a package for skin tightening and have been pleased w the results thus far. I love their house products too !

SCAM! I literally threw my money away! Absolutely the worst Botox I have ever got! The staff is nice, but I came in to get a decent botox treatment, not a coffee. After getting "60 units" of Botox (so they say) there was no change at all so I came in for the touch up, and all they did was blame my skin for not reacting well to Botox 🤬 they agreed to add "30 extra units" yeah, right!!! I still see no change!! I feel like its a total scam. I'm sure it's all diluted…and instead of injecting me with the right amount of units that i had paid for, the assistant was just trying to upsell more expensive treatments which I had no interest in especially with such bad results for a simple Botox treatment.. I kept mentioning that I am not interested and I did not come in to have all my flaws be pointed out, but that did not stop them from going on and on talking about expensive treatments that I have to buy in such a pushy way that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Luckily I am confident enough and that was just so obvious how desperate they are to upsell. I just couldn't help but wonder what would happen to someone who's a bit more self conscious, having to hear all about their flaws without asking for it. I was offered to come in again for a THIRD touch up NO THANKS! Fool me once! I'm also not interested in hearing all about my flaws instead of them taking responsibility for using DILUTED Botox!!! Worst experience ever. What a scam.
