GIANT

I really like this Giant branch — it’s usually not too busy, and they literally have everything I need. Shopping here is always quick and easy. I did try to sign up for a membership, and although they sent me cards twice, they never worked no matter how many times I tried. It’s a little disappointing!

I had a great experience with the Giant Direct team this afternoon. I called with questions about my invoice and the staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and patient in walking me through the details. The woman at the customer service desk who connected my call was also polite and professional. As someone new to ordering online and using coupons, I appreciated how clearly they explained everything without making me feel foolish. Plus, their curbside service is impressively quick.

Clean and nice inside. Some of the employees, though, when I asked a question, they always said to ask the other associate, or that it wasn't their job. So I wasn't real happy about that.!!!!! The store itself though, is super nice...

My experience with a staff member named Michelle has always been the best. When Michelle is on duty she’s excellent in problem solving and has great customer service skills. I’ve been dealing with her for so many years and she is so caring and extremely helpful. I love coming to Giants and being welcomed by her, It’s a plus.

The bathroom smells SO BAD and there’s hardly nobody working here plus, the employees look like they don’t want to do their job and the whole place smells like retirement home food. Would not recommend

It’s a great store and you can find anything you want. In particular, the groceries were so fresh. And they also have Halal pastrami!
