Londyn is the BEST lash artist I’ve ever encountered. I do my lash lift and tint with her and forever only her. My lift lasted well over expectancy, was meticulously done, and looked so incredible. I’ve been to several lash specialists throughout the US and Japan, and this girl is a MUST. The store is great too. Everyone is welcoming and have been helpful with my product needs. I also really enjoy trialing products through Ulta. Haven’t found a rewards program that competes. Hope this helps!

The staff where great! They helped me find the arctic fox dye (very hidden on the bottom shelf of some isle) and I had a napkin and they threw it away for me. The place is also very clean and organized

Employees are friendly and helpful, but the store has many items out of stock. It was out of stock of three different items I was looking for. What would have been a $75+ purchase ended up being a $12 purchase because I couldn't buy what I wanted. The employees said they "hadn't seen those items in a while" so they have clearly been out of stock in store for a while. Online says the items are in stock, so don't trust what the online inventory says. I recommend buy Ulta online shipping for any items or if you want MAC products go to Nordstrom for a better selection.

As a first time customer to this salon, I was nervous given some of the less than stellar reviews. I booked my appointment for a cut/color correction and couldn’t be happier. I have been to many salons in my life and this is one of the best experiences. The salon vibes were fun, and so friendly. I look forward to my next visit

The staff are nice and helpful but the security guard will harass you nonstop while you’re shopping. It’s ridiculous. I probably won’t go back because it was so blatant and uncomfortable the whole time I was there.

I previously was seeing Hayley at the salon for my platinum hair until I moved too far away, but would absolutely recommend her! Not only did she nail the cool toned look I was going for every time, but she was great company throughout the process! If you're into blonde or fun colors she is definitely the person to go see, I never left the chair disappointed.
