Lush Cosmetics Bellevue

Tahjee helped me out a while back and the service was impeccable. I travel to Seattle every couple of months and I live in an area without a Lush store so I stock up on products anytime I visit the store. Tahjee greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and he did not hesitate to go the extra mile by cutting out a big piece of angels on bare skin for me because he knew I wouldn’t be back for a while. He was sweet and made me feel taken care of, outstanding customer service!

We just had our very first Lush birthday party for our 9yr old and friends at the Bellevue Square location and I can’t give enough gratitude for how well we were taken care of. Our two amazing hosts were Ashe and Mei. They were so sweet with the girls and had everything planned out so there wasn’t a dull moment. They took care of our group and everyone had the best time, went home with a bag full of goodies too. This was the dream birthday party my daughter had been wanting for so long! Thanks guys!

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful display of products, products that are natural, sustainable and fun! Love the store and availability. Of course I wish the store matched their London HQ presence of stores, but this store still offers a lot of options.

Absolutely amazing service!!! Came in for a pick up order, but the things I ordered weren't in stock sadly. But for my troubles the staff gave me a few alternative things. Please Lush give this staff team a raise for their outstanding service!

My daughter turned 5 and we decided to treat her with some new bathbombs we usually just buy the ones at Fred meyers or Whole Foods but their selection is so big and so pretty. The store is super clean and organized. My daughter had so much fun shopping here. The staff is great ! Very welcoming and kind. They answer any questions my kids had. We left happy but we lost our purchase 😪 came back to see if maybe my husband left or behind but he didn’t and instead of making us pay for another bag they gifted us the same things we lost !! I wasn’t expecting that at all !! Sooo kind of them !! Def will be coming back !! Great customer service and great prices !!!

Thank you to the store manager that helped an overly tired, busy husband celebrate his wife's birthday. Little did you know, his grandfather, who was like his father died this week and he is flying out on wife's birthday for the funeral. It's not only your fabulous products, the charitable works you do, the safe place you create for all people. But more important the hearts of the employees you promote. You value people over product.
