Please train your staff to not prioritize white women over black women. The blatant and total disrespect was extremely disgusting because my money was as good as her money. It’s 2026 and this should not be allowed in a store that’s for all races. They had other representatives that could have checked me out but they decided to keep talking and ignore me. The manager decided to pop gum and also ignore me although I was standing in line first. Just extremely unprofessional.

My first time visiting I came for makeup and Danielle E greeted me and introduced me to Alicia M. Once Alicia helped me out with getting cleaning Clinique products and Danielle helped me sign up for my credit card I walked out happy I got discounts and my skin is clearing up. They’re so sweet thank yal

The lady's took me here to pick up perfume and moisturizer. The coconut perfume by Le mond gourmand was out of stock. So found another in the perfume section that was very good smelling and was hints of coconut. Same price. The moisturizer was exactly what we came for. Also picked upeye liner multi pack to try.

Overheard the staff talking about watching me around the store while I was minding my business and browsing on a Saturday afternoon. Based on other comments, it’s clear that this store has an issue with discrimination. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth that I will be returning every single thing I purchased.

Most of the people working there are so helpful and great at color matching makeup for your skin. The salon part.....is good too. My eyebrows have never looked so good!

Horrible.not welcoming Followed around the store my entire time shopping couldn’t even get comfortable as a shopper. Shitty service overall I WILL JUST STICK TO MACYS

My wife loves this store. I recently got a haircut for the salon by Jade and I’ve never received more compliments from a haircut than the one she gave me.
