I don’t normally frequent ANY hair stores and I make all of my own natural hair and body products at home because I had a TERRIBLE experience with being racially profiled when I was 18. I vowed to NEVER step foot in another one. Anyway, I ran out of an ingredient & decided to go to the store & was surprised with how welcoming, helpful, attentive, & advising everyone was. They have huge selections on EVERYTHING no matter what you need THEY have it all. I’ve come here a few times since they opened. I love ALL of their selections. Their loc jewelry & vegan dyes & vegan shampoos & conditioners and vegan products are PLENTIFUL. They have a very nice press on nail and nail gem selection. My daughter loves their candy jewelry & I love their gold, bronze, silver & wooden jewelry selection. They have EVERYTHING you need & want. Go check them out you WILL NOT be disappointed. When I go I can be a bit indecisive but the young ladies / young man behind the counters are super helpful and patient. They also have an AWESOME selection of fragrances I used to pay a lot of money for. They have them for so much less. Depending on the size I’d pay between $19 to $80 but at this location it’s from $7 to $30 / $35. I hope this true review helps anyone looking for an affordable, beauty supply store. I’m editing my review after reading some very concerning reviews. I’m sad to know that so many who look like me are racially profiled in this store. I myself have NEVER experienced it but it saddens & angers me to know that so many of my fellow black people are treated so poorly when they come to spend their hard earned dollars. NOBODY should be treated that way. Especially when this store is located in a HEAVILY BLACK POPULATED area. That’s one reason as I stated in the beginning of my post that I make EVERYTHING at home. I REFUSE to give my money to ANYONE who treats people that way. It’s DISGUSTING that folk come & set up shops in our neighborhoods and take our dollars just to treat us as if WE are NOTHING. Well, WE DAMN SURE MATTER!! You need to do better but I know you won’t. THAT is how you will ALWAYS see "US" and it’s TERRIBLY SICKENING!! To the ones who too the time to read my very long review: Don’t let ANYONE make you feel like you’re less than you are or like you’re nothing because YOU ARE EVERYTHING! I pray all of your prayers are answered, your dreams come true, and your days are filled with love & happiness.🤎💙

They have plenty of options but pricing is ridiculous and the attitudes of the cashiers is unacceptable. Never greet their customers and always angry.

Customer service was really poor. The young ladies at the register act like they hate their job. They are not welcoming and personally I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

If i could give it zero stars I would. I literally just left there and the customer service was so subpar I immediately looked them up to write this review. I went the store was not greeted...I greeted them...they weren't busy clearly as I was the only customer in the store...I asked where I could find their relaxers I was told aisle 7...I walked to the aisle and one of their employee's was blocking it like he was the doorman at the club and I wasn't hot enough to get in...I had to ask him to excuse me so I could get by...found what I wanted to purchase but there wasn't any neutralizing shampoo...I then saw another employee walking up the next aisle...I said excuse me to get his attention...he kept walking acting like he didn't hear me...so I walked out of my aisle into his and said louder excuse me don't you work here?...he points to his phone while he's still continuing to walk away and says to me whatever you need ask them up the front...like I was bothering him...I put that crap right on whatever shelf was near me and walked out...I WILL BE ORDERING MY ITEMS OFF OF AMAZON!!!...this is why most brick and mortor stores are going out of business BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! that was my first and my last time going in there...you'll never get my dollar and disrespect me!

This location is BAD. Most of the products are DUPES. Also the customer service is terrible and staff are robots. Spend your money somewhere else!!!!
