The Vitamin Shoppe

Lyn at the Avondale store was super helpful guiding me to what I needed and helped me navigate the app installation too. I live in the mountains so she helped me set up auto shipping so I don't have to drive 90 minutes each time I need a supplements refill. I'm quite grateful.

I ordered 2 items online for future pick up. I payed with PayPal. When I went to pick up the order, there was only 1 item to pick up. I had the confirmation email that showed I paid and was charged for 2 items. When I purchased the 2 items they both showed at store and available for pick up. The sales associate did find the item. He told me that whoever put the order together could not find the item and put it down as out of stock. Whoever put the order together did not look in the right place for the item. No big deal right? Item is there give it to me. HOWEVER, I was told that they could not give me the item because their computer inventory would be off. I was told I could purchase the item then I would be reimbursed? So I would pay for the item twice then get reimbursed later. The box was LITERALLY on the desk in front of me and the sales associate with my order confirmation e-mail and receipt but they could not give it to me!!! Make it make sense!? I was given the customer service number to call because the sales associate had no authority to give me the item that I had PAID FOR. Customer service told me the same thing, that they could not give me the item but that I could buy and get reimbursed for the original purchase of the same item! Admittedly at this point I was beyond agitated that they would not give me the item that I had paid for and was right there!!! I took the one item, and was told I that I would be reimbursed later for the item. I usually have great service at the Vitamine Shoppe and they have great products. This whole scenario was just blizzar. I paid for an item, its there,but I can't get it???

I love this place! Norb has customer service skills for any and all types of customers and the new manager is really laid back fella! No more walking on eggshells feeling being watched! and I feel comfortable talking amongst all members about my supplement usage without any judgement.

Great place to come and grab you vitamins, drinks, shakes, and herbal supplements. Fully stocked items. Staff are friendly and knowledgable.

I love this location! The staff is always very friendly and ready to help as soon as you enter the store - it’s really rare to find quality customer service like you receive here. Products are always nicely stocked and they’re always improving their selection and variety!! Thank you to the employees that work this location!

If Apple Maps says you close at 9pm on fridays, and I get here at 8:28pm to see the sign outside the store says you’re closed at 8:30pm, why are the doors locked already? Weird. Came on 7/18/2025.
