Absolutely horrendous salon experience, if you are at all worried or anxious that your hairstylist is going to ignore you, they will. I showed many pictures of what I wanted and even made several comments throughout the experience asking that my hair not be cut any shorter. The more i think about the experience the less i am able to understand what the hairstylist was thinking, and the only thing that possibly makes sense is that she never planned to follow my requests and just wanted to give a haircut she thought would look good. I cannot stress enough how terrible of an experience i had here.

I do not recommend it for non-American people, as the treatment is completely "different". The professional's Instagram has impeccable work. But I threw my money in the trash on September 30, 2023, exactly 267.30. I left the room completely without dignity, hiding my hair, as they didn't even have the grace to finish. I left with wet hair, without a brush or straightener, horrible, an indefinite copper color and COMPLETELY STAINED... as if a 2 year old child had done my hair. And marked root. There was no strand test, no hydration, and I didn't even come out blonde as I asked and showed what my hair was like before (beautiful). If they didn't know how or didn't want to do it, they should have refused. They just aimed to take my money. Zero professionalism. It was very difficult to look in the mirror and deal with such humiliation. The IMPECCABLE blonde photo is to show the difference in how my hair looks when done by a true professional. (who was the one who solved this mess of course, but for that I had to travel out of the country). How he was before that room and how he was again, thank God! Obs. She didn't even wait for the color to open, she did what she calls work in one hour, and in over 18 years as a blonde, I've never waited less than 5 hours to do my hair (I have a lot of it) always with the same color, well treated and finished. It took me a while to post because I was only now able to recover psychologically and understand that I suffered prejudice.

I’m an out of state college student who had a previous choppy cut and some color that needed fixing. I took a chance on my girl Hannah McDonald, an she did not disappoint! Loved my hair color after and my hair is now even haha! Communication 10/10 , very welcoming and sweet! 🤍Salon was beautiful and aesthetic! (First picture is finished result from August and 2nd is current grown out) Will be returning!

I really do not like to leave reviews like this but I have to share in case it helps someone else. I have had highlights put in my hair a number of times but have never had an experience as bad as this one. Here is what my hair looked like after going to Statik and asking for "blended and natural looking highlight touch up." The original version was worse but I asked stylist to redo and this is the "improved" version I got. The process of fixing these chunky, orange colored highlights has been long, expensive, and left my hair so damaged that I had to get a pretty good amount cut. The stylist and other stylists there seemed very nice and I feel bad saying all this but I have never been more disappointed with a salon experience and want to keep others from having the same one.

Best hair cut I've ever had!! I generally don't stray from just a trim because I never get exactly what I want. I wanted a little change as I'm about to give birth and I had some inspiration photos but I was also listened to thoroughly to make sure I got what I wanted. My stylist also made sure I was comfortable and asked me if i needed anything, which im 30 weeks pregnant so I'm always hot and she ran around until she found me a fan and made sure to continue to ask if i was doing okay🥰 It was such a pleasant experience and I will be back!

Hannah M. is and will always be my go-to stylist! I came in for a color correction with her and told myself I would just keep doing my own hair after, but she did such a fantastic job I kept coming back! This was a couple years ago and I’ve been coming for cuts and color ever since. Her services are affordable and timely, and I’ve never had a bad experience. She is upfront about pricing and there are no extra charges. She also did my wedding hair which turned out perfect!!! 10/10 recommend.

1-I was charged more than the price listed on the website with no explanation. 2-I was rushed out before my hair was fully dry. 3-despite my up front concerns about not wanting my hair over bleached, I now I have white streaks in my hair due to the stylist double booking herself. And that’s after toner. Staff seem nice enough, but the service I received was not what I expect with that kind of pricing.
