I had the most amazing experience at Ulta and I have to give a huge shoutout to Charity. She was incredibly patient with my hair and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She gave me a beautiful blowout, installed my half wig by sewing it down flawlessly, added layers, and curled everything to perfection. The final result was a 10/10. Not only is she talented, but she’s also so kind and professional. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling confident and so happy with my hair. I highly recommend booking with Charity she is seriously amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service from Andrian at the Ulta on North Druid Hills. She was kind, respectful, and really knew her products. Her attitude made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. She explained everything clearly and helped me choose items that actually fit my mothers needs. She is a great saleswoman and made me feel confident in my choices. I will definitely come back because of her service

The store is always clean. The staff is always super friendly! I needed some help on a Birthday present and the manager Lynda was extremely helpful. She took her time to help get me the best products. She is running a tight ship!

The most disgusting attitude from all employees I have EVER experienced. I think it was because I’m a black women with a hoodie on, but immediately after walking in ALL employees tried to walk to the back. I had to ask a women several times for her attention when I did she was extremely rude, and since I was doing a door dash I had my scanner on to scan the items she immediately asked why I’m recording her, after showing her my phone, no apology or nothing she just walked off. I have NEVER in my life had to deal with this type of discrimination. The hate this world has today is baffling. Don’t work with the public, simple. I tried to tell another employee I was brushed off like a shoe. Horrible service

So I came to Ulta to get my haircut because I had never tried it and wanted to save a little money. Y’all. Such a big and expensive mistake lol. Sweet young girl did my hair but Jesus she should go through more training before being allowed to cut anyone’s hair again. During the cut she cut off a HUGE chunk of my hair and practically gave me a bob on one side of my head. As soon as she saw what she did she pinned up my hair on that side. Through my haircut my chair was turned all the way around so I couldn’t see the mirror anymore so I had no idea what was happening on my head. Eventually I saw another woman lingering around and she came and introduced herself to me and told me she was just going to "take a look" at my hair. At this point she started trying to thin this section and told my stylist to "just blow it out." At the end of my cut my stylist tucked this section behind my ear and showed me the back of my head only. Before I could look at the front she was gone to print my receipt. Unfortunately I did tip her as she did spend a while cutting my hair. Once I got to my car I realized the damage and called a salon I trust and had them fix it. Overall, I spent $60 at Ulta and $120 to get my hair fixed. I wasn’t going to write this review but I was refused a refund on my service. The only option they gave me was to see their "expert stylist" who was the same stylist that tried to step in to fix my hair. So save yourself the extra step and just go to a high quality salon the first time. I’m $180 down the drain with a haircut I still don’t love.

I usually hate spending time in beauty stores looking for makeup because I feel so lost in the sauce. I didn’t feel like that AT ALL in this store. Destiny was absolutely AMAZING with helping me find products that matched my skin tone and were perfect for me. She was patient, attentive, and very warm welcoming! I felt like I had know the girl for years and it was her exuberant personality that made me want to even spend my money there. Very pleasant experience. Walked out with everything I needed and more. Would DEFINITELY recommend. Make sure yall ask for Destiny!! She’s the best!!!

Stephanie needs costumer service training. She’s always been so grumpy and unnecessarily mean. At least smile or pretend to be happy you have a job! How is this sort of associate any good for Ulta? She is negatively mentioned in multiple reviews and she needs to be displaced.
