I’ve never posted a review before, but I feel like I need to share my experience. Most of the staff here are genuinely kind, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, there is one older woman who is consistently the complete opposite. Her attitude is shockingly rude, and the cold way she treats customers is really unsettling. Today, I was in line and approached her register after she finished helping the person ahead of me. She just stared at me—no greeting, no acknowledgment—then snapped that the other cashier would check me out. There wasn’t a hint of warmth or professionalism. No smile, no basic courtesy, nothing. It was as if helping me was some kind of inconvenience. What makes it worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this kind of behavior from her. It’s a pattern. If she’s in any sort of management, that’s honestly concerning, because her customer service is close to abysmal. Most employees here are wonderful, but this one person really brings down the experience.

I stopped by Sephora today and had such a great experience! Sidney greeted me at the door and she was amazing from start to finish. She helped me color match perfectly and recommended a few products that I ended up loving. Her kindness and knowledge truly made my visit memorable. Thank you, Sydney , for making my Sephora trip so enjoyable!

Essence

I fear Traci may need more training on how to deal with ALL people. Every time I have come into Sephora and she’s at the REGISTER, she never greets me as she does with other customers and looks annoyed that I came. I get looked up and down and drily spoken to. She seemed annoyed that she had to put my refund on a gift card, despite that being part of the job. She also gave me my items without a bag. I love shopping at Sephora and love the atmosphere and would hate to stop shopping there because of poor customer service from one employee 🙁

My first time shopping in this store and I am not planning on shopping there again. No greeting or acknowledgment at all. I only saw one person working on the floor and a few cashiers. Time: 2:20 p.m. The service I did receive was awful. I had to look for help and when the young lady was helping me, another customer came up and started asking her questions and she left me standing there while she helped the woman that walked up to her. She finally led me to a selection of foundation and lipstick and said you can choose from these which was the "Fenty " collection. She wasn’t knowledgeable about any of the products, especially for black women. I will try a different store and hopefully I will get better service and from there I will decide if it is even worth shopping at this company.

I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I walked in! The store was very clean and the staff were helpful. Only losing a star for being out of stock of several products I was looking for- but the sweet young lady that assisted me informed me that I could order it and have it shipped, or to check a nearby location that usually has one specific product I was after. Overall, great experience!

I had just purchased the refy "red collection" lipstick, blush, and lipgloss from this location and once I opened it when I got home, not a single product in there. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I had spend a decent amount of money on this lip kit/ blush kit. I’m even more upset with the fact that I had waited for it to get back in stock at my local Sephora, just to buy an empty box. I’m assuming that someone had stolen the products and left the packaging on the shelf, which is the packaging I had unfortunately purchased in store. I made the purchase this evening and won’t be able to contact the store until Friday since tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I have taken photos of the packaging and what it looked like once I opened it. You can even see that it looks like it was ripped. Hopefully there is something you guys can do.
