SEPHORA at Kohl's

Waited 15 minutes for the brunette woman to get off her personal phone so I could ask a question. There was absolutely no hurry (I could hear the whole conservation as she had it on speaker). Had to listen about dinner plans, and Starbucks orders for her kid. When she finally got off the phone I went to ask her my question but then she went behind the counter and started eating a bag of Cheetos. I just felt really weird, especially because I had been clearly hanging around a while so most sales people would ask if I needed some help. I ended up leaving without making a purchase

I went into this Sephora and found what I needed and when I was ready to check out no one was at the counter. I waited for a few more minutes and looked around to kill time. Understandable since they were probably helping someone. Then whoever the blonde cashier was walked another lady up and just let her cut in front of me even though I had been standing there waiting. I put my things down and walked out without purchasing. Bad customer service regardless if she was helping her previously or not especially with people waiting in line.

Had a great visit 👍 Natalie was very helpful, kind knowledgeable. I look forward to going back and seeing her.

Most of the items are out of stock every time I go there. Customer service is bad, especially from Heidi. It's an unpleasant place to shop.

Very expensive makeup and was offered no help or service when I went. Not much of a selection, so I'll likely not return over all it was okay but not great.

I wish they carried the Kiehl's night eye cream in a blue tube. It is the best!
