Love the store categorized as a dollar store but the most the prices are is $4. Lots of dollar items , accessories, make up , stickers , beauty accessories, stationery accessories. hair accessories etc.
I don’t like putting bad reviews since I’m familiar with working with people, but today I went to the store for the first time and it was fine, besides the very bitter cashier. She was a young adult, maybe around 17-19 and had her name tag flipped so I never got her name. She had a bad attitude the entire time as well. She was tall and Mexican and back talked me when I accidentally threw a product and she snapped at me. This was unacceptable and the way she spoke showing the lack of respect is beyond me. She was also talking about respect yet showed me none. If I hired her in my business, I would never ever hire someone as rude as her, and with that attitude she would have scared my clients away. The rest of the girls were very sweet, but I am going to be shopping online.
How did I not see or know about this store sooner????? Crazy work. Been here 3 times and it's friggin awesome. Everything is a buck. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because if you don't have chip on your card (for card payments) they have to manually type it in the system. Not a fan of this for it takes up some time.
Love this store I just found out about. I was in the Parks Mall and stopped and I’m writing this review to apologize to the cashier and the Manager who were both very kind a professional. I thought I was short change by 5.00 and the manager took the time to count the register and was understanding. The lines were very long g and I really feel bad. The register was correct. I was counting my change before I got out of the store well when I got home while counting my change the 5.00 had fallen into my brown shopping bag. My sincere apologies to the store. 8/16/25
Today I bought these eyeliners and they were all dry, and some of the eyeliner tips inside were broken.
Went in with my girlfriend today—great prices and a solid variety of items. That said, one staff member left a pretty bad impression. My girlfriend had a small water cup with her, and we were browsing on the left side of the store where the "No Food or Drink" sign wasn’t visible. The store was crowded, so when a worker loudly called out "NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN THE STORE," we honestly didn’t hear it at first. Instead of walking over or repeating herself politely, she doubled down even louder with "I SAID, NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN THE STORE, CAN’T YOU HEAR ME?" At that point we realized she was talking to us, and I immediately took the cup to throw it out. She just rolled her eyes and walked away. Look, I work in retail too—I get it. Customers can be difficult and enforcing policy is part of the job. But tone and approach matter. A simple, "Hey, just a heads up—we have a no drinks policy; the signs are kind of easy to miss," would’ve gone a long way. Yelling across the store and being condescending doesn’t create a welcoming environment. Hopefully this was just a one-off bad moment, but it stood out enough that I felt it was worth mentioning.
I’m absolutely disgusted about how I was treated today. The woman who eventually helped me should NOT be working with customers. I waited about 2-3 minutes for someone to check me out and no one came till I saw her on the phone in the back room acting like she’s working. She could not be bothered to do her job. I placed my two items on her left hand side where they were accessible to her. She mumbled something under her breath so I looked up at her so she could repeat herself and she told me to move my items to the opposite side with an aggressive tone as if I was dense (mind you they’re the same arm distance away on either side) I moved my things without arguing. She said my total 3.12 I grabbed 3dollar bills and what I thought was a dime and two Pennies. She put a penny down in front of me on the counter and said "I need a dime that’s not a dime that’s a penny" I asked politely didn’t I give you a dime all while looking for a dime. She said again aggressively no that’s a penny. At this point I’m annoyed so I grab a quarter put it on the counter just as she did and she tried to tell me to put it in her hand. I gave this woman more than enough chances to change her attitude so I told her it’s right there she tells me to put it in her hand again I said "it’s right there thank you" and walked away. She mumbled something under her breath but I couldn’t be bothered to deal with that childish behavior . Absolutely disgusting.
