Walmart Supercenter

I had a great experience in this Walmart Supercenter location. The supermarket was quite spacious, more spacious than other Walmart Supercenter locations nearby. The restrooms were clean and the store seemed well stocked and maintained. Overall, this is a great Walmart location to visit.

Extremely disappointed with cashier deliverance of customer service. Very rude and no compassion towards others. There was a gentleman having a hard time completing his transaction and she yelled at him saying "Are you going to complete this transaction?!!!" He didn’t even speak English very well and she had no kindness towards others him. Imagine coming to the store to buy stuff doing an Instacart run and then you have to face a cashier who is so very unkind and rude. Gentleman stated he’ll come back for the items, cashier dumped all his stuff back into the cart and said "DONT COME BACK INTO MYYYYY LINE!!" Not to mention there was another customer that was rooting the cashier on, so that did not help. Then it was my turn, she asked me if I needed a bag. I had brought my own bag so I said it’s ok, let’s see what we can fit in this bag. Then with attitude she responded back, "I don’t know what you’re talking about?! There is not we!! It’s what YOU can put in the bag!!!" I was speechless, what did I do to this cashier to have her treat me the way she did. I prayed for her when I left and I hope management does coaching with cashiers who have difficulty interacting with customers in a kind way because this lady was not kind at all. Everything was triggers her to snap back and that is not the way.

They never pick the phone CEO and the store manager used be fired so many complaints The policy did not enforcing it. Learn from the basic three rings they should pick up the phone. The tire department is the worst last 45 minutes. Nobody picking up the phone. Also the operator store number 0 when you press zero it just rings and rings and rings. Nobody cares. 4:58 pm 2/17/26

Walmart practices racial profiling on people they stereotype in the store and and outside the store. Service was slow especially in the electronic dpt. Some of the employees could not speak English and could not communicate clearly with me. Person in photo intentionally park his car close to mine as a warning of intentional intimidation from his employer.

Worst shopping experienced EVER! I went to the store for a box of Claritin -D and the pharmacist sold me some generic junk. Went back to try to return what they sold me and they said they don’t even sell Claritin-D!! And they wouldn’t give me my money back because they said the item wasn’t returnable. Lost a good customer for life over a silly $15 dollar box of medication. Walmart is a total joke. Adios!

I visited this Walmart for the first time on Monday morning, November 10 2025 to buy bicycles. THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST WALMART IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES!!!. I am giving them 5 stars because there is no star left!!!! I have lived in the deep South. From Alabama to Texas, I have always been a Walmart customer. I moved to this neighborhood from Hayward, CA. When I arrived at this store, I was not surprised. I was shocked at the difference between this Walmart and all the others. From the security man at the door who joked about my hair with a smile on his face to the other associates who were eager to help me find what I needed, the love for their employer and job was relatively easy to see. The icing on the cake was an Associate named Nicholas (I hope I remembered his name right) who works in the unit which sells bicycles. If I had my way, I would have given him a pay raise immediately!! He was smart, neat, polite, informative and extremely helpful. Walmart cannot have a better brand ambassador in the entire country. He helped get one of the bicycles I purchased to my car. He helped me choose a matching tire inflator. He knew how to market his products while respecting his employer's policies. Later in the evening, I returned to exchange one of the bicycles because it malfunctioned when I tried to ride it. Of course, Nicholas was long gone as his shift had ended. I met a different set of workers from the security lady at the entrance to the guy at the Customer Service Center. The standard did not change!! The Black guy I met at Nicholas' unit was the exact replica of Nicholas, customer service-wise. I think the Management of Walmart needs to order everyone at their store in San Lorenzo, California to receive a three-month mandatory customer service training at this Walmart. The store in San Lorenzo, California has to be the worst in the entire country. This is my neighborhood now and I will be shopping here for a long time to come. In fact, I will return very soon to buy more bicycles for everyone in the family. Someone should give the Management of this local store their flowers. I've been all over the place. They are doing something many other Walmart branches are not doing. Any honest customer will acknowledge it.

The bakery, bread, and hot food section is honestly a disaster. I went there last week to buy bread and prepared food, and I was shocked by the level of rudeness. I can’t believe how many older, adult female employees were openly disrespectful. This reflects very poorly on the management of this location.The bad part is that as time goes on, they are becoming ruder and more disrespectful. Other parts of the store are much better — for example, customer service and the cashiers are always nice and polite. But the food and bakery section is getting more rude and aggressive every day. It’s a group of older, disrespectful women, and it’s truly shameful.
