I consistently have incredible experiences with Kendra Markle at Ulta Beauty Arborland! Kendra is truly a master of creative color, especially when it comes to galaxy hair, rainbow pastels, aurora-borealis blends, UV-reactive looks, and other stunning Pulp Riot creations. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained every step of the process, and made sure my hair stayed healthy throughout. The final result was absolutely breathtaking—perfectly blended, vibrant, and unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Kendra’s attention to detail and artistry shine through in every strand. If you’re looking for someone who can bring bold, imaginative color ideas to life with true professionalism and care, Kendra is the stylist you need. Highly recommend!

Kendra at the salon is FABULOUS!! I've been seeing her for about 5 years now for my hair, and she always does a wonderful job -- I always leave and can't stop touching my hair afterwards! She has done cuts and various colors, as well as some treatments. I've never once been disappointed and get compliments on the color all the time! Go see Kendra!!

Kate was very condescending and rude. Told me I could not purchase any or gift card without a phone number. Told her don't have one to give, then she turns to my younger daughters and ask for the mother's # while I told the cashier no number to give out. Kate....if you don't like customers and can't be respectful....then don't get a job that's customer facing.

Beware, customers! I purchased an expensive neck cream here - with their buy one get one 50%. The first cream was ok, but the second container, which I unfortunately didn’t open until I finished the first one, was used and completely empty except for a bit of dried up remnants (gross)! Someone had used it up, returned it, and the store didn’t bother to check it was actually intact and sold as new. Not only did I not think to open both creams to check they were actually new within my return timeframe, but it grosses me out that a store would take returns of products without verifying the package was not opened. Just a simple unscrewing of the cap to verify the foil seal was intact would suffice. I won’t be going here again!

Kendra was amazing! Gave me the best cut and color of my life! And my blowout lasted for days! Loved the service and the atmosphere. Will definitely go back to Kendra!

This place is ridiculous. I booked with Kendra and got cancelled on twice, both times just two hours before my appointment. Completely unreliable and disrespectful of customers’ time. There should be consequences for such poor service — people plan their schedules for nothing.

Sydney was awesome, I'm honestly clueless about makeup but knew I wanted clinique foundation and concealer because they don't use fragrances that irritate my skin. She found my shade matches very quickly, and recommended a couple other products I was looking for. Seeing them on my skin was very helpful. This store seems to have great staff.
