Ulta Beauty

This is now probably one of my favorite Ulta stores mostly because the people in it are so nice. The merchandise we know is great ,their prices we know are great, but a guy named Johnny helped me and he was so bubbly and friendly that it was a pleasure !! I took all his advice and then I went to the desk and a girl named Absa helped me. And she also was bubbly, sweet helpful and kind . It was a nice change because I had a rough day. They made me feel pampered and I left happy. Sometimes the store higher ups need to know about your help, and the fact that they can make someone’s not so good day turn good. The people are so much nicer than when I went to Sephora !

I want to thank Kimmy for going above and beyond in helping me get what I was shopping for today. I could not find what I was looking for on the shelf and she had someone check in the back stockroom to see if one could be found there. They didn’t have any so I got my shampoo and went to checkout. While waiting in line Kimmy came up with the product I needed (she had continued searching even after I moved on and then came and found me in the checkout line). I really appreciate when someone makes an extra effort to help me as a customer. Thanks so much!!❤️

I always appreciate Ulta’s selection, but I’m consistently disappointed in the customer service. While shopping it’s often hard to get help unless I track someone down. I wish they were more aware. The service at the register is good, which is appreciated.

I had such a great experience with Sidra at Ulta! She was so knowledgeable and patient while helping me find the perfect new foundation, moisturizer, concealer, exfoliator, brushes, and even lashes. She took the time to work within my price point and made sure I felt comfortable with everything I picked out. On top of that, she also did a flawless lip wax for me. Thank you, Sidra, for making my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable—I’ll definitely be back!

My favorite Ulta location because the staff are so nice whenever I interact with them- whether it's for pick-up, checking out or any other services. Even if there might be a short line, it's processed efficiently so I don't find myself waiting a long time. It's a shame that the items I want are normally out of stock or not carried at this location, but maybe it's a good thing since I find myself no longer spending as much because of this and have switched to online orders if needed. But that would be my only negative- that the items I want are mostly out of stock or else I'd frequent Ulta in general more. Other Ulta locations, though closer to me, and may have the items in stock, the staff are so mean and discriminatory (e.g. I literally had my driver's license ready for a pick-up order and somehow the employee was still mad LOL ) that I find myself no longer being a diamond member nowadays but if they were more like the Allen location, I would be spending more.

Stopped by looking for a product that was listed in stock online at this location. Asked three store associates for assistance locating the product, was instructed to just look at the front because of the promotion. I had already looked up front and in the normal location, and was just trying to see if there was stock anywhere else since it was listed online. Unable to find an associate interested in helping me— too busy having personal conversations about new hair products instead of assisting customers on the floor.

Love it here! I always come to my girl Fatima for hairstyling and cutting services. I’ve gone to her for the past 2 years and since the beginning she has been so attentive to my desired looks and also takes the time to know me personally, I love haircut day!
