Paris Banh Mi Wichita East

The food wasn't that great to me. The Korean corn dogs said sausage on the menu but was a regular hot dog inside. Sandwich wasn't bad but not like I have had before from a similar place. Price was right. The condiment containers that were there for anyone to use were absolutely filthy! Like the mustard bottle and hot sauces, etc. Most of the tables and chairs were clean and appeared to be clean.

What a gem! I had an opportunity to check out this restaurant for lunch and was so pleased to see they had homemade Vietnamese noodle soups! The Hu Tieu Nam Vang soup is highly recommended. I also paired this with the artichoke tea…refreshing and delicious. Already planning to come back for dinner!

I typically visit Paris Banh Mi Wichita East for their pho, and I am very particular when it comes to good-tasting pho. That said, I can confidently say this location serves what I consider to be the best pho in Wichita. The broth is flavorful, well-balanced, and consistently satisfying every time I visit. The only small thing I wish for is a slightly larger portion size specifically for the soup. However, this does not take away from the overall quality of the meal. Every other dish I’ve tried here is perfectly portioned, from their savory menu items to their drinks. In addition to the pho, I highly recommend their pastries, which are always fresh and delicious. And above all, their fruit teas are outstanding easily some of the best in the area and a must-try. Overall, Paris Banh Mi Wichita East delivers excellent food, quality flavors, and consistency. If you’re a pho lover or simply looking for a great meal, this place is absolutely worth visiting.

Got the bun, and everything about our experience was delightful. I loved this little shop and wanted to leave them a good review though I live far away and may not be back. The boba tea was excellent; I got it half sweet and it was just right.

This place should be constantly packed and busy due to the delicious food there! I selfishly don't want it to become popular because it's a true gem and I'd like to be able to get right in - but I would rather see them succeed and have a booming business! We were there on a Saturday night and the place was pretty bare. After ordering, it took a while to receive our order and we didn't get our waters until halfway through the meal. Trust me, it's worth the wait though. We ordered Banh Mi sandwiches, two orders of egg rolls, Fo soup, a special (egg on rice with beef and cucumber), and a boba strawberry milk drink. You cannot go wrong with the crunchy, savory, umami flavor of the egg rolls to start for a table! They serve them with a sweet Thai sauce that perfectly compliments and cuts the salt for a glorious combination of sweet and salty. I highly highly recommend ordering either the Bahn Mi sandwiches or the Pho. The Banh Mi sandwiches are fresh, homemade, crispy, and craveable. The homemade bread with pickled radish and carrot is something I'll be thinking about in my dreams. The Pho is vibrant and savory, my new go-to favorite place for Pho. It's something I'll order and carry out when I'm feeling under the weather...perfection. The special with rice, beef, and egg was ordered, straying from the norm, and it was a miss. The beef was incredibly fatty and chewy, almost inedible. It was just ok. I will easily look over the special menu mishap when the egg rolls, sandwiches, and pho are on the table...it's that memorable. Go there! Get these amazing Vietnamese classics and enjoy.

I'm always looking for a quality Banh Mi sandwich, and this was a homeowner! The restaurant is very spacious with very comfortable seats. It's a counter service ordering system. They have a long display of pastries that I will have to try. The staff were engaged and helpful. The menu is laid out nicely and is easy to navigate. I ordered 4 Banh MI sandwiches, B1. Special combination, B3. Pork patties, B5. Patio and pork roll, and B6. Patio and jambon. The sandwich were expertly prepared, and their presentation was very pleasing to the eye. Each sandwich had a different flavor. Some were subtle, some were bold. The bread was perfect, the crust was crunchy and the interior was pillowy. Everything you look for in a good baguette. The sandwiches were excellent. This was the consensus from everyone that tried them. I highly recommend this place for a high-quality Banh Mi sandwich.

I drove by and was curious about the Paris name mixed with the Vietnamese name! Never had many opportunities to try Vietnamese fusion! I was so glad I tried it. I ordered a pork Bánh Mí. It was such a good blend of seasoned pork, savory sauce which complimented wonderfully with pickled veggies, all encased in FRESH crunchy baguette. Great flavors! Hadn't had a flavor combo like it! I bought another to bring home and share with the family. Big hit! I've been back multiple times and everything I've tried was delicious! 🤤 Met the owner on my most recent visit! Very kind and approachable! She shared about the rotating specials, even let me try one of the items! Always great to support a small local business too!
