I was feeling overwhelmed by all the choices at Tea n Boba around 11:30, but thankfully, one of the girl working there was there to help! She was super friendly and patient as I tried to decide what to get. She listened to what I liked and offered some great suggestions. Thanks to her help, I ended up with the delicious Pina Colada! This staff member made the whole ordering process easy and stress-free with her kind and helpful attitude. Her customer service was excellent! PS: Her name is suzi ❤️

I have been to this boba location several times (even back when it was still a Kung Fu Tea) and I will admit, I miss when it was still under a name-brand boba shop. I'm afraid I will not be returning after a recent incident. Back when it was Kung Fu Tea, the drinks were incredibly consistent, the service was always on point, the atmosphere felt clean and put-together, and the menu design actually looked professional. Now after several years of occasionally visiting and giving the new re-brand local business a try, me and my family's drinks have either been too milky, or too sweet. The service has always been a gamble; it was the worst when it was under Kung Fu Boba, however I will say the employees I have interacted with recently have been honest and friendly, and I don't mind them being on their phones when there isn't much traffic. The menu now (this is just personal preference) looks incredibly unorganized and unappealing, and I miss the old one. As stated before, I don't think me and my family will be coming back. The last time I ordered from them, I had gotten me and my mother a Wintermelon Green Milk Tea Boba and a Signature Milk Tea Boba. All was well besides the milkiness (I had decided to accept it, I prefer to not make a fuss), until I had found a piece of steel wool in my Wintermelon. I will say, the owners were quick to comp the order, and the employees I talked to on both the phone and in person had handled the situation well, and I heavily appreciate the consideration and understanding on all sides! However, I just think that will be the final straw for me personally. I still have hopes for this business, and it's great that they were able to open a second location. I wish nothing but the best, and I hope to see some improvement in the future. For right now, we will either stick to Snoba over by Parker Square, or travel to DFW for our boba fix.

I had the brown sugar w boba. It was really good. The lady who worked the counter was friendly. I would definitely go back to order another. This place is next to chipotle across from the Sikes Mall.

The worst boba that I’ve ever had. Thai tea tasted very strong and not smooth. Half the cup was froth. Boba was old and had been left soaked for way too long long which is why it was soft and breaking apart. So gross. Never again. Also, so rude that the lady said, "if you do tip on card I don’t get it all but if you do cash I do". You’re taking orders and doing the job you’re paid for, why should I have to tip? Overall, place sucks!

I’ve been coming to the store for a few months now, the drinks and staff always seems to vary, somedays they have strawberry boba other times they go weeks without it. I wish they would bring back medium prices it’s much cheaper. However, the staff is very kind in explaining what they do or don’t have, and always providing some great suggestions. I always look forward to my drink when the younger white kids are on staff(boy and girl). The store gets pretty backed up when they only have one on shift but those two teenagers know how to work quickly, i appreciate their enthusiasm, and patience my kids love them and it makes me want to go back. I’m glad they’ve added items such as yogurt boba or pomegranate.

We went in and it was very busy, while the single worker was very overwhelmed she was still very polite and the boba is amazing. The service was great especially with as many people as there were.

Sam was extremely nice and professional! Only Boba place that’s good in town. More people should come a support the business. 👍🏽
