Hoshi Japanese Steakhouse and Asian Fusion

Was passing thru on our way home and ordered takeout. We ordered some Spring Rolls and a Spicy Tuna Roll as appetizers. For entrees, we ordered Beef & Broccoli and Orange Chicken. The food was amazing. We’ll definitely order from here again if we’re passing thru again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent Asian cuisine.

Some of the best Japanese food I’ve ever had. The Tiffany Roll is like a California roll, very full of flavor. The Crab Rangoon tasted fresh, and quality is better than anywhere I’ve eaten at back home in Missouri. Service was top notch as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant. If you’re in Wichita Falls, you have to come here.

The food and service was excellent! We had curry, the volcano roll and shrimp hibachi! I would recommend all of it. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic restaurant, I've been here several times they have some incredible specials every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Food is well prepared and the atmosphere is very nice. You can have a very nice dining or lunch experience on a budget if you're in the mood for some Japanese/Thai cuisine .

We had a fantastic experience at Hoshi in Wichita Falls! We ordered the Veggie Delight Hibachi, and it was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. A big shout-out to our server Randy, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Our hibachi chef Ara was amazing—great energy, excellent skills, and made the whole experience fun and engaging while delivering delicious food. You can tell they really care about both the food and the customer experience. Highly recommend Hoshi if you’re looking for great hibachi, wonderful service, and a fun night out. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time trying them out and to say I was disappointed is an extreme understatement. I placed an order to go I ordered coconut shrimp and was given regular fried shrimp with raw coconut shreds thrown in the box. Since I didn't dine in I can't say much about the service or atmosphere but it will be awhile before trying them again.

When does Pad Thai have tofu in it?! Ordered chicken pad Thai, thought it was strips of egg until I bit into it. I double checked the menu and it's not even listed; heaven forbid I didn't have a soy allergy. The sauce was more sweet than spicy. Wife's teriyaki chicken was over cooked and the edamame was served hot. Would not recommend.
