Wingstop

Tonight I came in for some wings and i received great service. The young men , Elmer, Jordan, and Chris working were all polite, they all greeted me as I came in with smiles welcoming me to Wing Stop. They moved promptly so there was no long wait and the food still came out and fresh. This establishment was very clean even the bathrooms.

Vanessa was very helpful and pleasant from start to finish. She has a wonderful personality and great customer service. The whole team was doing an outstanding job working together. I will definitely come again.

Pains me to write this because I love Wingstop, but I ordered ahead of time online and scheduled a pickup at 10pm. It’s New Years Eve so I figured thing would be hectic. I arrived around 950pm and was told my order wasn’t on the screen yet so they couldn’t process it. How?? What’s the point in an order ahead option if the order won’t get made until the scheduled time?!? I’ve never had this experience at any other Wingstop. The food is always ready at the time I scheduled it for pickup.

The best Wingstop establishment in Palm Beach County! Clean and fast. Most importantly, the employees are amazing! Attentive, nice, and they always get orders right. A++++++
