Pubbelly Sushi

First time at Pubbelly Sushi and I loved it. The sushi was fresh and very tasty. I’ve been to many sushi places, and this one definitely deserves 5 stars. Our waitress Lily was friendly and attentive 5 stars for her too. The atmosphere is unique and not too crowded. We didn’t have to wait for a table. The total bill for two was 180$ The only thing I didn’t love was my Watermelon Margarita, but everything else was great. I would come back again.

Lily is a great server, very friendly and attentive, A+ The food is top notch, Highly recommend trying it out, especially for Monday when all rolls are $12… and the happy hour drinks are a great deal too! Presentation is glorious… try the white hot roll. Totally coming back here next time…

Came in and tried a few different dishes and overall had a great experience. This is definitely more of a tapas-style spot, so it’s perfect for coming with someone, ordering a few plates, and sharing. The tuna tartare was my favorite — super light, incredibly fresh, and the chips it came with were airy and crisp, which made every bite perfect. Easily the standout dish. The octopus was also really well done. It was tender (not chewy at all) and full of flavor. You can tell it was cooked with care. I also had the White Hot Roll, which definitely lives up to its name. It had a nice heat to it, and the bit of crisp texture in the middle gave it an awesome contrast that made the roll even better. For drinks, I tried the lychee coco martini, which was fruity, fresh, and paired really nicely with the food. Service was impressively fast — you order and your food is out within minutes, which is always a plus when you’re hungry. Overall, a great spot with fresh food, good flavors, and quick service. I’d definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time at Pubbelly Sushi. The food was incredible and the service was even better. Santiago was attentive and very friendly. He gave us great recommendations. Definitely try the Lobster Donuts and the Pork Belly Dumplings! 10/10.

Pubbelly is a unique take on sushi when compared to your traditional sushi restaurant and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Pink Butter Lrab Roll was the standout of the night- rich, buttery, and perfectly balanced- easily one of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had. We also tried the Shishito Peppers, Steak Tartare Roll, and Tuna Sashimi Salad, all of which were excellent and packed with unique flavor combinations. To drink, we had a Sapporo and La Chula, both pairing perfectly with the food. The atmosphere is lively but relaxed, and the service was friendly and attentive without being rushed. Pubbelly West Palm nails that perfect mix of inventive sushi, cool ambiance, and consistently great service. Definitely a must-visit spot - and don’t skip that Pink Butter Krab Roll!

Good food, exellent taste specially apetizers, and we did cheff selection 12 pcs like on picture. Honestly from kitchen side everything is good i would even order them for delivery to my home. What i didnt like is service, first the waitress didn’t explain us nothing, we were barely looking trough menu and guessing what to eat. Noy even offerign second drink or refill water untill we asked for it. Later on when she ring the wrong check, she correct it but there was 20% automatic gratuity on it. On the menu said for group of 6 or more and there was 2 of us. As a waiter i would inform guest before i put it, but as professional waiter i would explain guest the concept, drinks, and let them tip me much as they want. I will make sure they feel nice, starting from entrance to do part of service. And belevie me if you take care of table of 2 good, you can get more then 20% tips, reall professional make much more.

We loved our experience eating at the new Pubbelly Sushi in WPB. I have been to other locations and this location was the most accommodating all the food was great. Get the tuna pizza and the wagyu roll. Those were the top orders for me. They even made my drink perfectly and I have a unique order. Santiago is the best and made sure we got the last miso bread pudding in the house!!
