The moment we sat down, the service came through like a well-run project team: attentive, proactive, and committed to the customer journey. Our waiter was a whole vibe, friendly, locked-in, and always one step ahead without hovering. The dishes were absolutely elite. Every bite tasted fresh, bold, and beautifully crafted. The meatballs were plated like a piece of art, tender with a rich tomato sauce that felt slow-cooked and intentional. The grilled octopus? Insane. Perfect char, buttery texture, and the seasoning hit that sweet spot between coastal elegance and comfort food. You could tell the kitchen is led by people who actually care about flavor and experience, not just presentation. The atmosphere sealed the deal. Warm lighting, chic interior, and an overall energy that makes you want to stay awhile. It is the kind of place you bring someone when you want to impress them or treat yourself like the main character you are. Five stars across the board. Went to Kaluz today, and the meal was absolutely fabulous. Our food was delicious, and made our date night quite the experience. However, the service sucked. Our server Susette does not know how to wait a table for her life. There were plates still left behind, did not come to check on us at all, and did not refill our drinks. The service was a joke. The food was good at least, and definitely will return.

Second visit was better than the first Wife raved about sauce with coconut shrimp 🍤. Cousin had never had tomato with Burata cheese.At less than 5 foot she was afraid if she had more it would fill her up The attention to her food allergies was over the top. For my 80th birthday 🎂 I celebrated with your Chilean Sea Bass 🎣 It was the exotic, exciting and exceeded my expectations!

Beautiful restaurant, the atmosphere was amazing. The waitress was friendly. Although it was really busy, they were able to the move the line efficiently.

Came here for the first time to celebrate my anniversary and Kaluz went above and beyond! The manager Michael was so sweet to come and talk to us and wish us a happy anniversary as well as our server Ashleigh who provided nothing but top tier service! The food was delicious from the skirt steak & mash to the shrimp cargot! Everything was 10/10 i will definitely be returning.

Kaluz Wellington – Hands down one of the best lunches I’ve had in a long time! From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect. Our server Bella was an absolute gem – attentive without hovering, genuinely warm, full of great recommendations, and just made the entire experience feel effortless and special. Honestly, she’s the gold standard of what great service should be. The food was outstanding: • Tuna Tartare: Easily the best I’ve ever had. Incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, with just the right balance of citrus, avocado, and that subtle heat on the finish. Every bite was flawless. • Old Fashioned: I’m picky about my cocktails, and this was perfection. Beautifully balanced, strong but smooth, with a gorgeous large ice cube and the ideal orange expression. Might be the single best Old Fashioned in Palm Beach County. • Dessert: The house-made ice cream is on the menu? Do NOT skip it. Rich, silky, perfectly sweet – it’s the kind of ice cream that makes you slow down and savor every spoonful. Best I’ve had in years. The atmosphere is upscale yet relaxed, the patio is lovely (especially on a nice day), and every detail from the presentation to the pacing felt spot-on. Kaluz Wellington has officially become my go-to spot. If you’re lucky enough to get Bella as your server, you’re in for a treat – she truly made the meal unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

First time here and impressed. The food was flavorful and satisfying. I enjoyed every bite of my grouper and asparagus. The bread pudding was so delicious. The atmosphere was nice, airy, and a little noisy at that time of day. Our server was wonderful with recommendations and a smile. Very friendly with a flare of professionalism. Very impressed with Emmanuel. He was attentive but not overbearing and the others that brought the appetizer and meal were also nice. The manager made his way around as well and we commented on the whole evening. My birthday dinner was amazing because of them.
