Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The food was pretty bad. We came to try the new flamethrower tenders and my girlfriends were freezing cold even though we placed the mobile order while we were already in the parking lot. They also made my order wrong the first time. Then my burger tasted like it had been put in the microwave and the bun looked like it was with the wrinkles.(the way buns look when you put them in the microwave) It was steaming but it was the only thing that was warm from the entire order. Even the fries tasted like they’d been cooked the day before. On top of the temperature of the food, this location cannot make toast. I received a soggy piece of bread with melted butter on it. It tasted worse than it looks. The inside of the restaurant was dirty and the kitchen had food all over the floor. I am overall just disappointed by my experience. The Menomenee Falls Dairy Queen seems to be the only one who can get it right.

I was really impressed with the way the young workers were handling the night rush. That is until I got home and my order had wrong sides. I upgraded fries to onion rings on 2 meals and got fries on both.. We don't eat fries, and I'm really tired of wasting my money on these places and not getting any resolution to these issues. probably won't be back.

Stopped in for a soft serve with chocolate coating. Got served right away, with two well filled cones. The place was clean, and well maintained. The staff were efficient, but not necessary that friendly. The booth were clean and and in good shape.

I came here for my first time because I got a gift card for Christmas and I got food for my daughter. Me and my son and we all got sick to our stomachs. I got the fish sandwich. It was not good at all. I asked for extra charger. Of course I didn't get it. My son got him the hot dog and I hurted his stomach and I got a regular cheeseburger as well and it did not taste good. There is barely any ketchup, mustard or a pickle on there. I had to throw it away because it wasn't even worth eating.

I ordered two sets of six-piece chicken tenders, but unfortunately, they were all soggy, which was quite displeasing. Update 1 On subsequent visits, it's becoming clear that the staff here struggles with order accuracy, as they've consistently gotten my orders wrong every time I've been here. Update 2 Even after nearly two years, they still haven't managed to butter the bread or cut it in half properly.

We decided to stop for a treat through the drive-thru on our way home from the pool on Tuesday. We ordered ice cream and fries through the drive-thru. We ordered blizzards, chocolate dipped cones and kids cones - we asked for them in a dish since they weren’t going to eat them in the car. The young lady who took our order was professional and made sure to read back our order for accuracy. When she took our payment she was very friendly and made small talk while we were waiting for our fries- which were hot and fresh. Overall we had a great experience.

The food is delicious and the menu is huge. I have not actually ever dined in, but every time I go in the drive thru the place is full (summer for sure!). The only downside about the drive thru is that it is often a long line: but that is expected as the food is delicious! It is worth the wait!
