Rubbish service. I ordered from DoorDash, waited for two hours to get my orders canceled. If you want to cancel, cancel immediately after receiving.

The online order experience is very glitchy. Placed an order through their website , which directed me to Grabul. Prices don't add up. Say unit price is 8.75, ordered one but became 18.50. Called the store. Said they don't have the order. Called back in another 5 minutes. Told me the they don't work with that website. Eventually located my order somehow with the site they don't work with. But would not do anything with the price. Their explanation was they updated the price recently. Well, if you expect to order something online, and it should work out fine as normally takeout works, or if you expect the people working there to address any of the mishaps and own their mistakes, this is NOT the place for you.

K so they're actually located across the street from the fire department in Watertown on Main St. They're literally inside of the Gingertown Exchange (shared restaurant) . Let me tell you this place blows Bonchon korean in Waltham away. Hands down wayyyyyyy better. Their wings are so much more tastier, bigger, and fluffier. I ordered takeout so I can't say much regarding their service but if you go to Bonchon often check them out and you won't regret it. No more Bonchon for me.

The food was not very good, the galbi was severely undercooked, so chewy that it would take at least 10 mins to finish a single piece, even the rice was undercooked.
