Orion's Roof

We had a wonderful experience at Orion’s Roof! The views of the beach and surrounding buildings are absolutely stunning, and the ambiance is beautiful—perfect for a special night out. The food was good overall; some dishes really stood out while a few were just okay. What truly made the experience memorable was the service. Noel the manager and our server, was amazing! very attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had a great time. We ended the evening with a birthday cake that was not only beautifully presented but also tasted incredible. A lovely way to celebrate! Would definitely recommend for the view, atmosphere, and excellent service.

My husband and I had been looking forward to visiting Orion’s Roof for their Poké bowl, and as always, it did not disappoint! The flavors were fresh and absolutely delicious. My husband decided to try the steak sandwich with a Caesar salad, and he couldn’t stop raving about how perfectly cooked and flavorful it was. We were especially delighted when we found out our server was VJ. He has served us before, and he is truly our favorite! VJ is attentive, professional, and incredibly welcoming. He makes every visit feel special and elevates the entire dining experience at Orion’s. We enjoyed the perfect day date — amazing food, outstanding service, and an awesome atmosphere. You simply can’t go wrong with great food, great service, and breathtaking views of the beach. We highly recommend Orion’s Roof and can’t wait to come back again!

This place is one of our favorite places to go to in Hamptin Roads because we live the atmosphere. This place is impressive on every level, and we usually have different beautiful experience each time we go. Its Thai/Seafood place but very elegant. The 23rd Floor of the oceanfront Marriot is a perfect backdrop. The view is beautiful. The wife loves the Red Snapper, while I keep it simple with the Calamari and the Fried Rice. The fried dumplings are excellent and the libations are pretty good too. The staff is some of the most hospitable team of people ever, managers included. The menu could be expanded some, but everything on that menu they do it right.

I had a wonderful first time! The atmosphere was wonderful we sat under the tree! There was plenty of space, and our server Steven was absolutely fantastic!!!! You should ask for him! He kept our waters filled gave us recommendations and space like we enjoy. Drinks were wonderful I will say they did taste slightly strong (not that anyone’s complaining) and wonderful food I definitely recommend the Peruvian roll!

The food and atmosphere at Orions is worth the experience. Great business dinner location. Food tasted fresh and the drinks and dessert were awesome! Our waiter, VJ, was great... he had some good recommendations and was attentive when we needed him. Will be back for the fried rice and calamari for sure!

We went here as a weeknight date while we were in town, staying at the embassy next door. This place was wonderful! Service was great. They had plenty of reservation times available same day. The views are GORGEOUS. The windows look like the wrap around the entire restaurant, so you will always have an ocean view. We started off with a house of the rising sun and an old fashion! They were delicious. Portion sizes were just right. The food pricing was very reasonable too. We will absolutely be visiting again! Such a good date night spot.

We had reservations for 4:15 and let me just say the views 10/10 the food amazing too. We had their fried rice , shrimp sushi and their pasta . The waiter was amazing and very attentive . Honestly can't wait to do it again sometime . It was a relaxing and well worth it dinner .
