Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

This is my family's FAVORITE location. The staff is always so friendly with us! Our child has allergies and everytime we visit the staff ALWAYS makes sure nothing is cross contaminated. Thank you for always being so helpful and always so kind to us!! We will see you soon!!

I’m not from Jersey and upon finding and trying Rita’s it’s safe to say I’m in love!! I’m always wanting a snow cone like treat and Rita’s always satisfies. I really like the cotton candy ice (obviously). It’s never too long of a wait and 10/10 service.

They never have any of the newest flavors up always have the same samples all the time literally have to travel 30mins away to another Rita’s to get certian flavors!! Where’s the Sour Patch Watermelon and Grape Nerds they are up there one day and gone forever but somehow rootbeer and coconut water ice is still there👎🏽

This Rita’s is on Delsea Drive in Vineland NJ. Not as efficient as the Rita’s on Lincoln Ave in Vineland NJ. They didn’t have sprinkles. Which I don’t really care. But the 5 layer firecracker gelati I wanted was $8.08. 5 layer Gelati’s are $6.06. So I asked the girl why is the firecracker 5 layer gelati $8.08. She said because of the firecracker glitter sprinkle’s. I told her I didn’t want the sprinkle’s. She said no problem because they were all out. So she only charged $6.06. I bet if I didn’t question anything and ordered by saying 5 layer firecracker gelati. That I would have been charged $8.08. Even without the firecracker glitter sprinkle’s. Besides this Rita’s is always packed and the line doesn’t move fast.

I live 20 minutes away from this Rita's I pass 2 that are closer to my house. Just to come to this one because the servers are very polite and helpful, yall makes the best tasting misto shakes ( I know the name changed). Even when it's crowded, the wait isn't that bad. I will continue to come and bring my family to our favorite Rita's. To the owner and employees, KEEP UP THE good work!!!! Yall are appreciated 💯

Today my daughter n grandkids went to Rita's and were sent from window to window without being served for 21 minutes. They waited on the customers that came up after them . Another customer asked my daughter if they were being smart. They left and came to the Rita's in Bridgeton were they are always nice. We will never go there again n will past this on to family n friends
