Soricha Tea and Theater

Around 4:30 PM on Tuesday, 11/4, we tried the drinks that took quite a while, as even people who ordered after us got their drinks first, but we were willing to be patient, and they were flat and too sweet. My partner asked the worker, a young Asian lady, if it would be possible to just top our drink with a little bit extra soda water because it was flat and very sugary. He asked her kindly and respectfully and he was met with rudeness and exasperation. She gave some attitude! She said "just give it to me", sighed, and took them out of his hands. He even waited until she was done with making a customers drink before asking, and he never even asked her to remake it. We also work in the service industry, we have for many years, and we know how hard it can be at times, especially if you’re manning a store by yourself. But regardless of how tired you are or how you’re feeling, or whatever is going on in your personal life, why is it okay to respond with rudeness to customers who communicate politely and don’t mind waiting to not overwhelm the employee? We definitely think management should rethink about the people they hire for this location. The drinks are amazing but we would rather go to the other location located at Annandale where customer service is so much better and we’re treated with respect. So disappointed.

Soricha is a good place for tea! They have a very tasty menu as well as amazing atmosphere! Soricha is a very good place to grab and go a drink or sit and eat with friends! I always enjoy buying from Soricha after or during work as a drink to refresh me! Their red bean is outstanding and does not overpower the drink as well as their matcha is on point! Each of their drinks has a very unique flavor and I will definitely be back to try more drinks soon!

Best bingsoo. Literally shaved like fluffy snow and stayed frozen while eating. Little bit expensive, but worth it. Huge bowl. 4 of us ate it. We will go back, again and again. They need to get their own space soon. Kiosk doesn't do justice to this place.

Love their shaved ice (Bingsoo)! Definitely the best in town. I also like their lemon mango smoothie which is super refreshing. I’ve never had anything bad here! All the ingredients are fresh and seem high quality. I love their Annandale location also!

Discovered the Annandale location during the pandemic but was happy to see another one in Tysons. Drinks are on the pricey side but the ingredients used are quality. They also have free samples sometimes to try. The coffee cube, injeolmi and roasted dandelions are the my go choices because you can’t get it anywhere else.

Love this ❤️ love that they offer free small drink to try and tell me more about the favor . Because it's my first time try this! Caffein free is a try for me to drink it. And also matcha latte also good for first time to try it ✨.

Korean tea pop-up shop that has a sit-down location in Annandale. I like the different flavors, and their Roasted Dandelion smoothies are delicious. The price in the mall is the same as the store even though there aren't the in-store amenities. It is on the pricier side of $7-$8 with extra cost for non-dairy options. They do have a small seating area (4 chairs) if one orders their bingsoo summer special, but it will mostly be to-go drinks.
