We ordered a potato corn dog through the kiosk and selected the option to add mozzarella. When we received our order, the corn dog had no hot dog at all—only cheese inside. When we brought it back to the counter, we were told that it "only comes with cheese," despite the kiosk option clearly implying the original corn dog plus mozzarella. No effort was made to clarify the menu, replace the item, or offer a refund. The lack of customer service was disappointing, especially given how overpriced the food is for what you receive. Poor communication and unwillingness to fix a mistake made this a frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

The sweet lady working was so kind! It's was okay you forgot some things but it's totally okay, I didn't mind waiting and was more okay with the one drink, you didn't have to go outta your way to make me some Taiyaki, that was so generous i wanted to cry cause you didn't have to do that, but it was very delicious! Absolutely love the Potato Mozzarella Corn Dogs! The Gimbop was my favorite most of all!! Might try your shaved ice next time🫶🏻! Recommend coming here!

The food is absolutely mouthwatering, if I'm being honest I had pretty low expectations, but that was thrown out of the park, the flavors of the food is so absolutely delicious I can't stress that enough, if you have the money, PLEASE help support this business, i genuinely believe they could expand sales outside of this mall. My girlfriend and I were VERY delighted to eat this amazing food, we WILL be coming back to this food the next chance we get.

ok, i lovee this place!! however, one time i did notice something that was extremely worrisome for safety/pest standards but it seems to have been fixed so i’ll keep it to myself- aside from this, the workers have always been nice and polite, hard working, and the food is delicious for a great price!!

First time here. My daughter and I ordered a potato mozzarella corn dog, a mozzarella & sausage corn dog, and a peach smoothie. Everything was great. Employees were nice. The overall wait was about 15 minutes, it was pretty busy, definitely would come back. 100% worth the wait.

You should try K-food if you’re coming to this mall.

Food is great, give it a try trust me it’s better than panda . Your missing out it’s very filling
