Zimo Bakery & Cafe

Great little local shop. They make fantastic bubble tea with some really fun flavors. The bubbles were nice and soft. I was so excited to see that they appraiser serve food here. I got a shrimp banh mi and it was really good- the perfect to go/ car meal. I noticed that they have Vietnamese and Chinese pastries a week and asked us they had them shipped in. The man said that no, his wife made them!! I'm so impressed with this little store. It has a little something for everyone, even fusion food for American taste buds.

Let’s talk about their amazing handmade pastries, which are really tasty. My favorite is the matcha red bean mochi, but I ended up trying around six other kinds too! The inside of the store is beautifully designed, with lovely decorations that caught my eye. You definitely need to check this place out!

We were in town and stopped at this little gem. It's tucked in a corner of a Plaza but it deserves a spotlight. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to answering any questions we had. The bakery items were individually wrapped which help if you don't finish (which we all did lol) and want to take the rest with you. We ordered several drinks and food items off the menu, as well as grabbing several pastries to try. Everything was absolutely delicious. I had the Singapore and asked for it to be spicy, there was zero spice to it sadly, but still tasted amazing. We loved that the dishes could accommodate our diet needs like vegetarian and pescatarian. The drinks and baked good were so good! The kids went back for seconds! Everything was priced very reasonable. The place could use a face lift as far as the seating and decor. It has so much potential. We took our laptops hoping we could get some work done, but there was not any wifi and the ac was turned up making it pretty warm inside. We didn't stay as long as we wanted because of these things. Overall, we loved the menu and we will definitely go back when we are in town.

I have been dying to come here for so long, and I’m really glad I finally did today! The barista was so kind and helpful, and was able to help me customize my Vietnamese iced coffee to my liking. My husband doesn’t drink caffeine, so she made some helpful recommendations on what would be best for him, and he got a brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was absolutely delicious! The vibes in here are immaculate, super welcoming and bright with cute music. I can’t wait to come back and try their food/pastries because everything looks delicious.

They have the best Boba in Tampa. I like their Milk Tea. My favorite is the new Viet Iced Coffee, it's the best around here. They also added the Banh Mi sandwich recently, it's very tasty, they told me they make the Pate and BBQ Pork there, it's very fresh. They use high quality ingredients, not using powder based like other boba places. I totally recommend. The staff is also very nice. I wish they have more locations, that would make it easier.

Came here on a whim last week for some boba and couldn’t stop thinking about it since. I came back today and I’m so happy I did. Rose is such a sweet heart and I loved chatting with her. The tea is so yummy and the food never misses. I’m so happy I found this spot and I’ll definitely be a regular

Very clean and friendly staff. We ordered the brown sugar latte and we couldn't finish it because the taste is just, well, not desirable. 🥭We also had their Signature Zimo milk tea and mango sago drink. The milk tea 👎 is not recommended but the mango sago is enjoyable. 🌹 I recommend trying their Rose Milk tea. The tea was really good. 🍗the fried chicken is really good and worth it. The pastries are reasonably priced and I love their innovation. I like the rose bun, matcha red bean bun, and the plain buns that looked like dinner rolls with cream cheese inside (OUR FAVE). It's so soft 🍢 👎 However, the BARBECUE pork bun was the worst we've had. Half of it were onions. 🌭the hotdogs they use in their buns taste like a really cheap hotdog. Overall, i recommend you skip the pastries with meat on it and try their sweet pastries instead.
